There is still not a full article in English and the investigation is still on:

Jesús Ociel Baena Saucedo is a non-binary legislator who identifies himself as a "magistrade" (the word is magistrado) and a few weeks ago was officially recognised by Mexico as a non-binary person. The guy is the Mexican version of the bag thief, except brown(er) and not that deranged. If Liberace got pregnant by a narco, this'd be the child:

You get the idea.

Earlier today, he was found dead by his security, with signs of violence, next to his partner. According to the region's secretary of security both men were found with cuts made by razor blades, but at the time, there was no more information to disclosure.

Through the whole day, LGBT activists have been blaming, among other people, Eduardo Verástegui (you remember him for being one of the producers of Sound of Freedom) as he's a known activist against gender ideology in Mexico. Those same activists were already organizing rallies on his name to denounce the terrible homophobia in Mexican society that caused this hate crime.

About one hour ago, authorities confirmed there is no hint of a third person involved.

The state prosecution released this document, with the relevant part being the list:

img-2023-11-13-17-30-52.png

-all points out to be a personal subject
-both people came back home late night
-no damage was found in the entries of the house, meaning, locks, doors, or outside was not damaged.
-no blood found outside the crime scene
-there was not a third person in the place.
-one of the bodies was found holding a sharp object.

(rest of the document says tl;dr: we know this person is gay so we need to give it more priority than you, pleb, because this is a super special case, and it's not like straight Mexicans die every other day, duh).

Alleged pics of the crime scene

They are still ranting at Verástegui.

Damn he must be a really good speaker if he can convince faggots to hate other faggots so much they need to kill each other and themselves. He should run for president of mexico and start talking shit about the cartel.

Would you mind sharing some of the activist seething? I'd like to see how they're coping with the current news.

Notice it says "elle". In spanish, you have only "Él" and "Ella", but "Elle" is the neutral they just made up.
It’s also hilarious because Google Translate treated the fake pronoun as the English female name “Elle” which made it choose “her” as the translation for “su”. Looks like Google needs to send the AI in for another lobotomy.

I get that, like bag thief, this one is was a gubmint official, but he feels more like non-union Mexican equivalent Jeffrey Marsh than a bag thief.
