With the entire class of SSRIs it is often recommended to not drink. Although its not life threatening if you occasionally drink in moderation. However, most stimulant ADHD meds (Adderall, Vyvanse, etc) are considered very unsafe to drink with. Also worth noting that both these classes of meds are regularly prescribed "off label" for a variety of mental illnesses beyond just depression & ADHD respectively. Let alone the fact that a lot of drugs for physical issues have contraindications for drinking as well.
I had to look this up, I dont see alcohol listed as a contraindicated substance for people on amphetamines - where did you read this? All I could find was that people geeked out on amphetamines (recreationally) may sometimes over indulge on alcohol because the amphetamines help them power through the depressant effects of alcohol. People on a steady therapeutic dose of amphetamines for ADHD don't generally have this response due to their bodies being acclimitized to the amphetamines.
That aside, our boy likely just wants to get some ketamine in him because he's got nothing else going on in life. Why not get a legal high when all you do day in and day out is hang out with and crossdress for weirdos on the internet? Fuck, in his shoes I'd have a ketamine pumped directly into my eyeballs if my life was that fucking sad.
