I can explain why. Let's take this at face value. He's stated that the best way to get rid of her is a scenario where there is no crime. Since he dates retards who search for gold in the jungle, it's not hard for him to convince his wife there's treasure in the woods nearby and get her to go on a suicide mission. Just like a throwing a bone to a dog to get it out of the car and abandoning it on the side of the road to fend for itself. She already has a history of going missing, and he assumes everyone will just believe it. And he's not wrong. Retards on this thread come in every now and again and still argue it to this day.

What JF DOESN'T understand is that even if even everything he said is 100% true, that is still a crime in and of itself. Canada courts have a doctrine called taking on a Guardian-Role. They use it to hammer step father's for child support all the time. This type of doctrine states that it doesn't matter if you sign any papers or have any legal agreements regarding care, if you put yourself in a position where you can be reasonably be interpreted to be responsible for a dependent, you have taken on a guardian role by proxy and are responsible for them. There is NO REASON why that wouldn't apply to JF being responsible for his Potato Wife. I don't care if you think the ruling is gay and retarded or if it's fair. This is why Canada is called Cuckistan. It exists, and it's used regularly in family court. There is no reason it can't be used here to argue that JF is legally responsible to not put his wife in a potentially fatal situation. This creates a direct line to pin with him negligence and potentially manslaughter.

So even if JF's story is true and he 100% is truly innocent, he is FUCKED no matter what. Proving she's not of sound mind is EASY and any criminal psychiatrist would agree. That's assuming there isn't an extensive paper trail detailing so. You cannot dump a potato in the woods to fend for itself. I wouldn't count on her showing up by now. If people disappear in the woods, it can take quite some time to find them. Especially months later past the summer season. By now this a cold case and corpse recovery. If she is in the woods, it's likely in an inconvenient place off the beaten trail. If anything, it's more telling that the RCMP hasn't bothered to comb the area to our knowledge with a search party. If there was a search party, I feel like we'd hear about it. That either means the RCMP doesn't give a shit and buys his story or they know something we don't.

If it's the former though, I do hope as time goes on, some desperate Leftist Media shill latches onto this story.
