I think the difference is that people would interact in person and you could get a good idea of the level of maturity a person had. It was the same accuser.

In a really weird turn of events, some of her friends from school came out and accused her not just of lying about the Dream story, but of actually raping somebody. They were able to verify they at least knew her IRL by posting her yearbook photo and group photos that weren't previously available.

I'm also finding some weird inconsistencies about her while I've been checking her different accounts. Might be worth doing a deep dive.
