I would hope most people are better off than Pamperchu.

I get that littering is already illegal, but I think there's a pretty strong case to be made for harsher penalties for littering used diapers and other potential biohazards (i.e. used condoms, needles, etc which is also nasty AF.

Especially since existing penalties for littering are apparently not enforced at all in my neck of the woods :heart-empty:
