Would be worth checking to see if they've been fixed. I'll look into it later, I know they were trying to clean it up a bit after the show. They're certainly a pain in the ass to parse without some tricks but proper organization can help with that.

You can at least use those torrents to begin drafting and taking rough notes.

It's hard to accurately rank freeloaders like Dontarius and Alex because of how short their time was on the show. Simmons for sure contributed more to the show but I like Alex and Dontarius better idk

Letty: Arc was great. Went from being disliked, to extremely disliked by mainstream audience. Overcame Letty hate and was a great underdog to root for. Even during the start of the show she was central to the war over Jon's friendship and the baby shaking arc. Only regret is she didn't get first prize.

Jon: Every major conflict, alliance, friendship, rivalry, and kino event was generally orchestrated around Jon for the first sixteen days. Every scheme going on between Damiel, Vance, Sylvia, and Letty was either to turn Jon away from people or to get them on their side. It is very easily arguable that he made Fishtank for his time on the show. Not S tier because he was booted on day 16, and when he came back he was an insufferable faggot. It's like he was buried in native American cemetery. Love him or hate him, he was the fish who started it all.

Fatty: Was annoying, but still arguably saved the show after the hell hole that was the camping arc. Plus he fell down the stairs, which everyone was hoping for.

Alex: Everything a freeloader should be. Had great interactions with the fish but never really overstepped boundaries and made you hate him. Had some great banter with Letty and was a key player in her arc.

Josie: Not a fan of Josie personally. She was still the face of the show and for that she deserves B tier. Was she babied? Absolutely. She had her moments though, such as the long walk challenge where she pulled through for a Vance elimination.

Vance: The only reason this man is mid B tier and not lower is because he was a unifying force of hatred in this thread. I will never forget his late night attempts to manipulate Letty only to be btfo'd. Some people say he was the "normal guy insert". And if every twitter fag watching the show was considered a "normal" member of society I would agree. He was fine as a contestant, I'm sure he would rank higher if he was pushed more by the crew.

Simmons: Still upset we missed out on Simmons camp counselor kino. High C tier, not because he was a bad contestant, but because he was on the show for such a short period of time. If he made it through day 9 I'm sure he would be somewhere in high B low A territory. Content machine, made Damiel want to kill himself.

Sylvia: Fat, boring, and sometimes really cringe. She and Letty got into some catfights so I guess that was a little entertaining. She also had late night chats that 3 viewers would tune into during the show. She pulled off the bare minimum of being an involved contestant, but she was a still involved.

Damiel: Drugged out all the time. Any type of conflict he made seemed forced. Only thing he is remembered for is being a loser that everyone hated on the show. Somehow left after 3 days because Jon hurt his feelings. Returned and did nothing besides try to intimidate a woman weighing 90 pounds soaking wet, AND LOST. Clearly he was looking for a place to crash.

Betty: This is what everyone claimed Letty was during the show. Psycho BPD chick who will literally whore herself out for attention. Accept Betty is unironically every single on of those things. I don't think any other Fish or Freeloader has stooped so low as to dump a helmet of their own piss on their heads for attention.

Mauro: Did nothing. Read Halo. His peak was when he snored in room B2 with Simmons. Left the show twice for retarded reasons. Argument with Jon was just two retards screaming at each other.

If people are still seeding its the only real alternative youve got. Its alright, has the same issues as the archive ever had, bad audio etc.
It gives you some options to use pre-tank setup footage as a way to introduce the concept, that could be interesting.
There is a moment with Sam activating the duck toy before they got people in the house that could be made part of building its significance in the early show. Then you have some loose footage of cameras being set up as well, some talking about the fish before they got there.

It would be cool to see the fan-version of season 1 and nobody has actually done it yet, so its something that's still 'on the table' even after all this time with just a few feature-length videos covering what happened as an alternative to what the crew is putting out themselves.

She's a very damaged person and I'd hang myself if I ever had a daughter who turned out the way she did, but she also brought so much content to the show with her temper tantrums. I get it probably got annoying to some people, but you need people like Frank and Letty to start shit, and people like Sylvia to react dramatically, and her braving the constant attacks on her weight and appearance right up until the end was really impressive to me.

And as a Letty fan, the chubby, extroverted, rockabilly front woman VS the skinny, awkward, fledgling e-girl from Canada was a super interesting arc to watch unfold in real time, and I liked that they made amends in Bedroom 2 before the PSAT results were announced.

I mentioned earlier that this was the moment that made me buy a season pass. I had already laughed my ass off at Jason's entrance on Day 1, Nick Camino psychologically tormenting Vance, and Jon's mustard stomp, but this had me on the floor.

@Aidan your tier list is all dumb. Letty is C tier, Simmons D tier, Ella C tier. Alex & Donatirus carried the middle arc of the show. Jon gets C tier for metagaming challanges despite being entertaining. Frank gets B tier for being offensive to my waifu. Vance gets C tier for bullying Josie. Honestly, Josie gets C tier judging by show performance ONLY.

I can agree Jet is egotistical and Sam has probably given him a verbal whooping for driving fans away, as the ego does. So little power and he's thrashing contestants for fun...

Letty gets A tier for being a foil to Josie, even if Josie didn't do much at all and was BORING, at least she isn't evil.

Alex, Dontarius, Chip, Frank, Fatty all get S tier for being exceptional performers. Sorry guys I drank a whole Steel Reserve 42oz and am ranting again. Carpentry takes a lot out of you!

Excluding my personal feelings, this is my tier list. Jet gets D tier BTW. Sam the same for giving Jet enough slack to make such a travesty.

Kind of crazy that it's biggest impact only happened because of the seance that Alex Stein put together. Even that wasn't really impactful, but at least he put it to use for something.

I had an idea of making Letty the Season 2 entity. Spin a yarn to the contestants that a teenage girl killed herself in the house 20 years ago so it festers in their heads for a while, hide a diary or scrapbook somewhere a contestant would find it, then finally have the girl herself sneaking around and staring at contestants while they sleep in the middle of the night like four weeks in, played by Letty.

The gradual discomfort experienced by other individuals in response to Simmons, fueled by TTS, gets ignored by John until it ultimately precipitates his mental breakdown. The comedic climax unfolds as Goldstricker exacerbates Simmons' discomfort more and more, leading to his eventual expulsion. The aftermath leaves a lingering sense among the group that they've encountered something so repugnant that it can't be washed off.

I think Betty should be ranked higher. She just tormented Letty. Stole her clothes, altered them slightly, then refused to admit it when Letty called her out. Treated her like an annoying little sister. Even the fights they had were very entertaining. Even got kicked off due to her antics. Letty was angry because Betty left with a nice/expensive jacket. As far as the piss thing goes, I suspect she has a piss fetish.

Season 2 should stand on its own.
Relying on old fishes one season in is just a sign, you're not confident.

I think her relative staying power speaks for itself.

I was under the impression the tier list was based on entertainment value. Josie was not entertaining, majority of her fans are legit unhinged freaks that simped for her because she's "so kawaii X3" but if you really separated her from her fans and just looked at her performance on the show...she hardly did anything. She still had her moments but honestly those were more early on, it's like as the show went on she had very little motivation to do anything, even in the final challenge it felt like she had pretty low energy and didn't really care either way. Everyone else in that specific S and A tier went above and beyond to provide entertainment for the show, though in airsoft fatty's case it was almost entirely natural for him. B tier are people who, whether intentionally or not, provided a lot of great moments that made the show better. C and D tier are people who either didn't try that hard or just weren't entertaining though Simmon definitely provided some good material before getting kicked out because of how weird he is.
