The linkages between each individual account and Faran and Cynthia and other Discord randoms are unclear to me and I am not going to speculate at this time. What seems clear is that the ringleader must be Faran, just based on the location.

They both have a grudge against Nick but they hate Elissa and Kalea more than they hate Nick. The problem is Nick has to have been made vaguely aware that Faran was posting on his thread alogging him, I'm sure Spectre told him for one.
