Twitter, Reddit, Discord and a few others might be toxic cesspools, but I can think of no better way to study a demographic. We get to watch troons share anime waifus, see them post opinions and problems, read all the comments from their fellow troons, and really get to learn first-hand what transgenderism is all about.
I think listening to what they say transgenderism is and what it's about is useless. You get a much more accurate understanding from observing them, paying attention to what they talk about to each other and how they talk to others.
Twitter is particularly useful, even more so now under new management, because we get to watch open discourse. We get to see how they react to opinions, facts and studies that both support and oppose all the various elements and ramifications of the broader subject of transgenderism.
A particular topic of interest is transphobia. Why are people transphobic? Why do some of the staunchest supporters of transgenderism turn transphobic? Why is transphobia increasing? Why is the increase in transphobia accelerating? Can it be reversed? What the fuck even is transphobia?
I think that troons as we know them today are generally born in online echo chambers, like reddit or some dingy discord shithole. Sometimes it's something as simple as "oh you put on your mom's shoes when you were a kid, so you're actually a chick", sometimes it's because they want to participate in the gender fad, whatever, but once they're in, transgenderism gets hammered into their brains. No counter opinions are ever seen, because these platforms ban anyone that says anything that's not "zomfg you are ackshual wimmen yasss slay kweeen".
These people end up getting indoctrinated in a very similar way people get indoctrinated into a religion.
A built-in defense mechanism to keep the lie going basically gets wired into the brain, which is to be offended by anything that even smells like it's incompatible with the bullshit they get fed. I don't just mean "dude, that's offensive" offended, I mean lose your shit and go after their livelihood offended. Smashed into the mind is the belief with every braincell that anything that comes close to hinting that transwomen might not actually be real women is "literally Hitler", "literal violence" and genocide, and it's done pretty much in the same way a religion brainwashes a person to believe scrutiny and rational thought about their faith is actually just the devil trying to drag them to hell. This makes them impossible to reason with, insufferable as fuck and is why I think transgenderism in it's current state is doomed.
From my own observations on social media:
They have absolutely no respect for people's boundaries. Some might fool people and with enough effort or the right genes may slip in and out without being found out, but the vast majority simply look ridiculous. People have boundaries that are based purely on gender, and they absolutely hate it when their boundaries get compromised. If a woman doesn't want to be near a man in a vulnerable situation, and someone she perceives as a man comes close, she will not like it. That's a simple fact. If a troon calls her a bigot for not letting down her boundaries for him, do you think she's going to like troons more? When she tells her friends and family about what happened, do you think they're going to like troons more?
When a troon sporting lipstick smeared over stubble enters the womens restroom to take a validating woman's shit, odds are the average woman that might be in there will think something along the lines of "what the fuck is this creep doing in here".
Troons will argue to the death that these boundaries do not exist, because transwomen are women and they're just transphobes that want to exclude them, when in actuality they are just making people hate them.
Then there's the sport thing. Everybody knows that there's a reason why women's sport exist, everyone knows what the problem is, no need to get into that. How many people did Lia Thomas alone piss off?
Their tendency to go after the livelihood of people that refuse to say the party line is where I think the largest amount of transphobes are created. Every incident pisses off an entire fan base, and this isn't exactly an uncommon occurance. Just one example of many, Gina Carano's fans were mostly just regular "leave them be, they're not hurting anyone" types who overnight learned that these people are actually assholes. JK Rowling? Legions. Heck, the pikamee situation causing anime avatars to hate anime avatars was fucking hilarious. Not only does doing this shit turn people that previously didn't give a shit against them, a percentage of those people actually start fighting against them.
Troons that engage in legitimate degeneracy, like sex offenders and pedos, how often do see them get shunned? If they don't get defended, the troons just pretend that shit never happens and it's all made up by transphobes. They will also tell you that women never get raped by troons in prison, totally made up by bigots. Everyone can see this shit happen.
When pornographic books wound up in schools, who celebrated it? Who's defending it? Anyone with two braincells to rub together knows that people don't like it when their kids are interfered with, especially in a way like this. Honestly, what's worse? This or the drag queens? Is any of this going to make people like troons more?
Remember when some government suit made noise about making sexual assault on minors punishable by death? Remember who the first ones were to complain about it? Not a good look, innit?
They flat out refuse to even consider the possibility that their actions might be attracting hate and even go so far as to kick out anyone from their ranks that dare to ask "should we really be doing this?"
They honestly believe that they have the moral high ground and that anyone that calls any of this shit out is just driven by hate. Their shit is so fucked that the MVP of transgenderism herself, Buck Angel, got labeled a transphobe. Fucking lol.
It is so painfully obvious how lawmakers and law enforcement in shithole countries that I don't think I need name are helping shit along. People finding themselves in police interrogation rooms for denying that transwomen are actual women on Twitter. News of this spreads like wildfire on social media, and everyone can see the troons cheering it on. Is this going to make people like transgenderism more?
They believe they can through force make people perceive them as the opposite sex. You can not do that and trying will guarantee that they and everyone they tell about it will hate them. Don't even get me started on how offensive the caricatures in which some of them present themselves are to most women.
Well, at the end of the day this is a numbers game. Their supporters are dwindling and as time goes by they're creating more and more people that hate them by behaving like the want to be hated, because that is what the doctrine demands.
There's a lot more areas of interest where they're pissing people off, like shaming lesbians for not fucking them, causing a division in the alphabet soup, etc. but this wall of text is long enough.
The media is talking less about them, the last pride was a fucking joke, advertisers are starting to think twice about using them to promote their products, corporate financial support is dropping and the general consensus is these people are assholes. The writing is on the wall.
