So this is yet another case where legal genius Russhole is too retarded even to serve the defendant despite it being utterly trivial to figure out who she is.

One thing about Shit-Lips: he's pretty fucking lazy, all things considered. He thinks he should be able to receive maximum benefits/results all while he puts forth the minimum amount of effort. He shouldn't have to serve the defendant the proper way. The court should just say "Eh, good enough!" with however Russhole wants to do things. And rule in his favor, of course. His deadline is today. Technically I'd imagine he has until midnight local time, and it's only just crossed into Friday in Denver where the court is located. Give it 24 hours and check again (I mean assuming they e-file it, which I think is a safe assumption; if not, it could be days late and still be "on time" if they mailed it early enough).

I'd imagine they'll probably file it close to the last minute, that being just what lawyers tend to do.

Greer has a habbit of literally waiting until the very last minute to file things. If you comb through the many, many hilarious pages of this thread, there are several intances of him e-filing documents mere minutes before midnight.

this just has to have russell seething. his tolerance for any slight, perceived or actual, is so low, and his counsel has already repeatedly delayed prior to now. i would cheerfully kill to be a fly on the wall in any of russ’s discussions with his attorneys. idk how he hasn’t flown off the handle at them, except that they are men (he is tame when confronting or dealing with men) and representing him for free. i imagine, however, he is constantly thinking he could have represented himself better than they are.

edit: he also has little reason in his warped little mind to fully trust legal counsel, as the one other confirmed lawyer he had didn’t save him from his conviction in the Erika case, and he believes that lawyer fucked him over.

Yeah, and if there's not a higher authority he can appeal to, he's at a loss at how to deal with the situation. That's why he wants to keep the brothel system and is against decriminalization of prostitution. No brothels=no owner/manager he can whine to when a girl tells him to quit wasting her time.

And yes, he wanted Erika to sit down with a mediator or he'd sue.
