(Don't use Twitter other than lurking for shit like this so someone more familiar could explain) might be from it being a screenshot from a screen recording but not important.
Looks like Dream cut out that Nick stated his doctors have warned him with his mental conditions that being on drugs and drinking is really going to fuck with him, and Nick making two separate jabs at Dream letting his fanbase attack people for him and that his fanbase is middle schoolers. Also some boohoo "I got into a fight with my mom and my girlfriend so thats why I was drinking" but again funny Dream cut it out and then sent the whole thing to Keemstar anyway, though I guess he knows his fanbase and Keems don't have much overlap so he's taking a smaller risk there in his fanbase seeing it and sympathizing.
