Chantal Sarault / Chantal Al-Refae / Foodie Beauty - Delusional drug fiend hamplanet mukbanger from Canada trying to be a glamorous online influencer. Pathological liar, huge bitch, narcissist, animal abuser

"They say it takes 21 days of good habits and being consistent [to cure her not only of diabetes, but also anxiety and depression]. So that's all I really need to do."

This is why I love the fat blubberhead. This is just like when she told us, deadpan, that "you don't even have to be in very good shape to make it to Everest Base Camp"

The lies she tells herself (and us, but she is aiming these lies at herself) are just so ridiculous, in ridiculously obvious ways. Everything can be reduced to something that requires zero effort in her mind. The wheels in the hamster cage that passes for her mind are already spinning. "I'll do a video diary every day, maybe like a vlog style...what I'm gonna eat". Once again, the fatso returns to the planning stages. Ever wonder why deathfats love buying journals? For planning all the things they will never do.

We've been down this road before, Clotso. And it has only led us to here.

Yeah, so what's the big deal? We've known she's had the beetus for years. Pre-Crackhead Olympics even. Certainly no one's ever cured it by eaiting as much as a tribe of NYC rats on a week long bender so why now?

Something else is up.

Every bridge and one outhouse in Canada has been burned. I don't see how going back there would be viable.

This changes nothing. All we're in for is approximately 12-48 hours of her "trying" to eat "healthy". Perhaps Salad will take her out for a walk in the desert after dark. Maybe she'll mention how she's "working on" finding a therapist. She'll blather on about BED and food addiction and fat shaming.
But Chantal is stupid and lazy. This is the shitty, empty, completely meaningless life she created for herself and this is the natural consequence. She'll continue to eat herself to death and it'll be a long, slow and painful process. She's past the point of turning it around. Food is all she has left so she might as well go hog wild.

So at some point during a cut of this video, she reset that monitor.
Top right "1- 6" changes to "1- 1" (those are dates) and "3:49" changes to "1:01" (those are times)
Most glucose monitors will set to 1- 1, 1:00 on first start up or any time the battery in them gets changed.
What does it mean > there's a possibility she fucked up putting the strip in and/or putting the blood on it (not enough, not fast enough, whatever) and the only way she knew to reset was to either press the little pinhole switch or yank the battery and put it back. I don't think there's anything really else going on, but it's interesting that she appears to have used the monitor for almost a week before this, and I wonder what her actual A1C is. (she also mentions having high blood pressure during this video and I'd also love to see those numbers)

She’s not Type 1, she’s the fatty fat kind of type 2. Diabetic ketoacidosis isn’t in play for her.
It can happen to someone with either type.

Diabetic Ketoacidosis | Diabetes | CDC

People with type 2 diabetes can also develop DKA. DKA develops when your body doesn't have enough insulin to allow blood sugar into your cells for use as energy. Instead, your liver breaks down fat for fuel, a process that produces acids called ketones

8:43 Chantal: "I don't even wanna really eat because I look at my stomach, I look at the flesh on my body, the fat amount of fat I have... I have a lot of energy storage that I could be using for fuel. I don't feel like I wanna put more calories in my body. I mean I have so many already you know."

...is the most hilarious thing I've heard a fat person say.

Next time I hear a hamplanet complain about having to do something exhausting I'm going to tell her she's the best one for the job because she has so much more "energy storage" to use for "fuel" than anyone else.

LOL her "bad day of eating" was a joke- for any human these portions would constitute a day of nauseating overindulgence and unhealthy choices. Most people would definitely feel like shit after consuming that in a day, but it's marginally within the realm of reason, which means it has nothing to do with her reality. This video was clearly comprised of clips of her "leftovers" that she filmed 4 seconds after eating the original meals, with an embarrassing low BMI voice-over.

What "bad day" has Chantal ever had that didn't include at least 3 fast food meals and a personal cake? We've seen your fast food funerals. I don't believe for a second this video got beyond her afternoon "I just woke up" breakfast.

Whatever, you're a very relatable slim queen who cooks halal meals and only has syrup blood because you quirkily ate an extra ear of corn (chased with a stick of butter.) I'm certain she's fupa balls deep in a pit of burger king and various sauces, snapping at Salah that this is her "last meal. LAY OFF ME, I'M STARVING."

Diabetes will be memory holed or kill her... maybe bolth. She's going to try to rig her blood glucose meter sooner rather than later to excuse a McDonald's feast. Pay attention to Julia, who may or may not be the unfortunate blood donor if she feels compelled to trick Salah as well as her audience. If that cat is walking around weakened and desanguinated with little poke marks, and her blood draws keep reading "CAT"... NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS!!! Chantal is a prediabetic cat. SHHHH SHE SAID SHHHHH.

Wait-
I suspect this is what has been making her shake in her abaya.

She probably got denied a work visa and was told to get a regular visa. Thailand she probably just barely passed a visa run from the skin of her mended teeth but the blood work transferred over to Kuwait.
... isn't her next visa run in about 21 days?

The 6 and 16 are the non US measurements. From memory you multiply mmol L by 18 to get the US equivalent mg dL. So 6 equates to 108mg dL, and 16 is 288mg dL
It's hilarious that she spells out "m-m-o-l" when she explains that she's not used to seeing the American blood glucose units. If she weren't a retard, she would realize that most (all?) glucometers have a units setting to allow the user to switch between millimoles per liter (mmol/L) and milligrams per deciliter (mg/dL).

My bestie is a Type 1 and her BG was 28 (504) once when I had to call the ambulance. She's been hospitalised in the past with readings higher than that. Diabetic ketoacidosis is nasty.
A blood glucose reading can be so high that the instrument cannot read it without the sample being diluted several times. It's not uncommon for kids with type 1 to present initially with an insanely high BG.

People like Chantal who have uncontrolled diabetes for long periods of time typically feel really shitty at first when they get their levels to a normal place - hypoglycemia symptoms despite normal levels.

Which isn't to say that she's going to ever get her levels to a good place, but the point stands.

Not sure why she thinks this is some grand revelation. We have known about the diabetes since she revealed it 3 years ago. Her fat ass is the one who ignored it. We could visibly see her eyes derping out after eating 1000g of carbohydrates in one sitting. She lies to everyone on the Internet but what is worse is lying to herself.

The high blood sugar also explains her constant thirst and love for pickles.

It can happen to someone with either type.

Yep +1 that people with T2DM can have DKA, particularly death fats like Chantal who don’t bother to control it with Metformin/Ozempic or modify their diet and exercise. A basic virus can exacerbate things too, so don’t be surprised if in the future she has a cold and has to do another ER beeze. I’ve had several patients that were confused +/- generally unwell and when I took their BGL it was around the 17.6 mmol/L or higher.

Yep it will simply say “high” or ‘HI”.
