Back in that era it was fashionable to dunk on everyone equally and it was pretty fun.
"What, why no mocking the Jews? Are you somehow suggesting they are special? IN A WORLD OF EQUALITY?!?!"
Who would have thought that both the ADL and Media Matters of all organizations would somehow wake a billionaire normie like Musk up and think that maybe both of those orgs are really two sides of the same coin?

I am not assured he's awake at all, he's still banning slogans like from the river to the sea after professing to be a free speech absolutist. Meanwhile the IDF and a lot of Jewish politicians have espoused non-euphemistic, openly genocidal rhetoric, and Elon did nothing.

Either way, this kind of rhetoric is just looking more ironic to these corporations like Disney after stopping posting ads on X. For example, as they’re still losing in the box office at tremendous rates, their entire consumer base is possibly filled to the top with social media users that have pro-Palestine flags and “I Stand With Israel” pins as their avatars.

Elon may have had to do the dirty work to please the ADL higher ups, but this will definitely not be the last time when you see famous quips like these become more of a reality:

This clip is your modern day “free speech absolutist” the minute anyone talks about censoring anything negative about Israel, or not even doing enough to save Israel from a modicum of criticism.

Interestingly enough, it turns out that if you are megarich the standards for anti-Semitism get much less clear and there is a lot of nuance to be had
How.... peculiar.
Gad Saad (and Kisin) spend a month railing on people for being anti-Semites indiscriminately.
Funny how things work

I sincerely hope something comes out of this. I don't care what you think of Elon Musk or Twitter, Media Matters is the absolute scum of the Earth; the quintessential example of scumbag journalists; the lowest of the low, vermin masquerading as principled people. They'd sell their own mothers for a few extra shekels. They deserve to be sued into the stone age.
