Think the civil war will spread into the Ukrainian thread? Or are they still delusional enough that they think Ukraine is still going to march to Moscow and take it?

The Free Nations of Post-Russia Forum is the group proposing 34. Its an organization created after the war started and funded by (among others) Japan, Poland and Ukraine. Its suspected that after independence many of these 34 new countries will discover that union with one of Russia's neighbors will be a wonderful opportunity for them.

In exchange for the Japanese money, they issued a statement about the need for a Russia-Japan peace treaty and the return of all "Russian occupied" Japanese territory to Japan. The poles of course are dreaming of restoring the polish borders of the 1500s.

Poles have long tradition of wanting to balkanise Russia. During interwar period they called this "project" Prometheism.

My stake is my livelihood being plundered by foreign people. And while I won't fault them for using this possibility created by my traitor government I sure as shit can make it into a stake in this war. So fuck Ukraine.

Took a quick peek on the other thread (just that, didn't comment nor rate any comment etc), and they don't seem to be arguing with each other. But it would be funny of the civil war gets to them too and Jersh is forced to split that thread into a pro-NAFO thread and a pro-Ukraine thread

It's still scandalous that he's announcing anything at all. They fucking blew up North Stream (at least that's the current most widely spread version, of course the US had their hand in it too) and we're funding this terrorist state that has ruined our energy supply system. It's insane.

Also he's not announcing it for the Ukrainians but his German voter base. Could very well be he's positioning himself as a future chancellor candidate.

That headline caught my eye this am. "Special Representative" Penny Pritzker (of all people- thanks Obama!) went to Ukraine to start the break up process: "It's not you, it's me, and ..."

One of the sources, familiar with the course of Pritzker's meetings, said that she tried to "lead [them] to the idea" of how Ukraine could survive economically without American aid.

They convinced Penny to take the job of "U.S. Special Representative for Ukraine's Economic Recovery" in mid september. Its a job that will end in total failure no matter what she does. The question she asked: "Imagine Ukraine's economy with no more aid" would lead every Ukrainian in the room to steal everything they could and make sure their visas were in order for a quick departure from the country.

Reuters recently did a special news item to assure everyone that Penny had not been convicted of treason. Thanks Reuters.
