something ive learned since i started living alone is that one should learn to fix and maintain their house, like sure there are things that only a professional can do, but anything else? Sit down and watch a video or research on the internet or hell get a buddy to help you in exchange for pizza and beer. That way you save money, bond with your buddy and your house is well mantained.
