Answer the counter argument here then. Both videos were taken on October 7th. One shows an unharmed hostage being dragged into shifa and one shows a still bleeding hostage being brought into shifa. Let's assume that the unharmed hostage is fine and ignore him. Why couldn't the still bleeding hostage be stabilized at a nearby hospital that was closest to the gaza border and then be transferred over to a trauma center? Also having looked up a list of hospitals with capability to treat trauma in hospital as per the WHO

These hospitals are: Al-Aqsa, Al-Najar, Al-Quds, Al-Awda, Beit Hanoun, European Gaza Hospital,
Indonesian, Nasser and Al-Shifa

Beit Hanoun and the Indonesian hospital are closest to the Israeli border and as confirmed by the WHO have trauma care capabilities. Shifa is not the only place that has this specialized care as shown by the WHO themselves. The only possible reason is that shifa is hamas run.

As I said, the general stabilizing should be performed at the place of the accident (shooting, I guess) and in the ambulance. I clearly stated that I don't say that Shifa and Hamas have no links. I'm fairly sure Hamas is embedded in the local institutions, which are sympathetic (or afraid). I even said that it would make sense to take the hostages in tunnels directly from the hospital.

For a complex terrorist organization like Hamas you need an HQ simply to coordinate massive attacks like Oct 7th, determine strategy, etc. You cannot do these things remotely and expect to succeed.
