A pooner-lite has found another way to dehumanise women (bolded in the text) while sounding a bit confused about hormones, along with everything else

Getting Ahead of the Ball!

Good timezone!

I'm FtX and have my first consult for HRT in January. Unfortunately, the one doctor that handles gender therapy is booked out to the fifth of never and I would love to start before I'm 70. j/k. But, really, I'm almost 37 and I do not want to spend my thirty-seventh year waiting for my second appointment.
With that in mind, my PCP is pretty chill and I would like to ask her to order my hormone panel so I can go into my January appointment ret 2 go! What do I specifically need to ask for? Like, is it just testosterone/estrogen/progesterone? And, since I'm an estrogen dominant being at the moment, is there a better time (during the month) to test?

Bonus: I have PMDD, so I imagine my results will vary wildly based on where I am in the month. Does that even matter? TIA!

I got it from the lolcow thread. It was part Collage so sorry for the low quality.

Not to powerlevel but I'm a Christian and we sometimes say confession prayers for failing the greater god as a church. We're also told that it's our duty as Christians to stand by the Bible even if it get us persecuted.
Someone earlier in the thread pointed out how the trans movement and Christianity mirror each other and this post could not make it more clear. If it doesn't convince you that the trans movement is a religion and tranny see themselves as Gods, I don't know what will.

I do get a laugh out of millennials posting on "TransLater". Dude that's not later, you're part of the biggest group of troons or second to it if zoomers are winning the degeneracy war.

The 36 year old dude looks absolutely fucking awful with that combination of hair and lipstick. Jesus Christ.

I feel like 20 years ago these would just have been some sort of anoying hippies (like the ones i used to be adjacent to). Same shit every generation. But I prefered to talk about about how fantastic hemp is and their genuine streetshitter vacation guru ond like whenever had to interact with them, then whatever these consoomer retards heads are algorithmically filled with. Youth subcultures today suck, I'm too old for this shit.
i know, those guys used to talk about UFOs, chemtrails and the 2nd gunman on the grassy knoll. i loved those burnouts, i would hang around and since they smoked weed 24/7, you'd get offered weed too and it would always be the best. I was totally up for listening to the crazy talk since it went perfectly with the weed.

before the net, these guys knew also interesting things about rock bands and movies. they would tell you about "Eraserhead" and movies you never heard of.

these kids now don't share weed, don't entertain (unless you come to KF to read about them of course) and don't know any interesting stuff. to me they don't even qualify as a real subculture. its like some pale imitation of hippies, goths, punks, who i found to be interesting & knew things, had their own writers and music and movies. these ppl have a cannibalized culture by comparison, i don't see anything new or interesting ... and their music totally sucks.

subcultures used to bring cool new stuff to the mainstream culture, but this current one is just an annoying plague, sorry to sound like another old fart.
but what the hell happened???

I wanted to talk about this in the Jim Sterling thread, but never got round to it.

But that "Watch yourselves, lads, because you could all be on the list," gag (my, what an accurate word 🤮) was so awkward. No one laughed.

Like, what's the joke there? "I'll spread rumours that you slept with me?"
Lel, I don't think this particular troon is that evil (I don't know who he is, he could be though) but that last line had the exact same energy than the famous "You drop this now or you end up in the hospital".

Molecular biology graduate insists that trans people have - I really did a double take at this - intersexed bodies and how it's just hormones responsible for sex differences vs genes. Link/ Archive (is being real fucky right now.

Here's the thing. The male doesn't have those "female genes"... because he's male. They will not be expressed. The sources she lists confirms that. And the hormones you get, and the cell transcription, are determinant based on genes, not hormones.

Note she lists no references backing her up here.

Those sex hormones are expressed in the first place due to the genes you have. Yes, males and females have both estrogen and testosterone, but they are at different levels and expressed differently due to the genes you inherit. She says right here genes are sexually dimorphic, yet argues it's hormones causing the differences.

Note she doesn't call Emma Hilton by her proper name. She's just the "insect lady". Interesting she knows who is worthy of respect.

Here was her response to Zach's post on Sammy's viral tweet:

So I got curious. Do the papers she references back up her claims, that it's just hormones and sex change is possible?

Here's the first one. It doesn't mention anything related to sex changes, but discusses breast cancer and the role hormone -dependent genes have. She immediately takes this as proof it's just hormones, ignoring that it's the female body itself which is the variable. These genes are expressed in the female body, because the female body produces more estrogen.

The second. It's about sex differences in immune function, and discusses the role androgens and estrogen plays in them. It notes this:

Female sex hormones (estrogens and progestogens) act at the mitochondrial level, reducing cytochrome C (Cyt C) export, and thus cleavage and caspase activity, leading to increased peripheral concentrations [25]. In addition, female sex hormones enhance the primary bactericidal mechanism in neutrophils via the intracellular production of reactive oxygen intermediates (ROI), such as superoxide radicals. Differences in neutrophils exist not only between the sexes, but also among women in different physiological conditions, being higher in fertile women both during the luteal phase and during pregnancy [13] (Table 1). Neutrophils are influenced by the human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) produced by the placenta trophoblast, which binds the LH/CG receptor (LH/CGR), conferring fetal tolerance by: 1) promoting neutrophilic invasion of the decidua, placenta, and fetal membranes, 2) inducing a specific regulatory T (T-reg) subpopulation with proangiogenic properties, and 3) promoting NETs formation to protect the embryo [26]. Instead, low concentrations of hCG inhibit proliferation and induce apoptosis in human neutrophils by inhibiting neutrophilic function and activation.
Sex hormones do impact cell function, but guess what? They're different because of the genes you inherited at fertilization. These molecular science graduate is arguing giving males estrogen will give them female specific hormone function and makes them intersex. I wish I was fucking joking.
