Why are people who are being systematically oppressed spending their money on watching homosexual cartoons? Shouldn't they be saving their money for something more important?

You can't be that oppressed if you got all this money to burn on watching homosexual cartoons.

Emory University grad, scholarship to St Andrews, and now accepted into Columbia (got offers from Brown, Cornell and Princeton as well). Yet despite this has no writing to speak of besides her tweets (and in them she says she struggles to write) and her website has zero content. I’m gonna go out on a limb and say her writing is not the reason she keeps getting these academic spots.

Seems SJWs want all to act as if it is still like the 1950s with "marginalized groups": before the Civil Rights Movement with race relations, before "second wave feminism" with sex "gender" relations, and when homosexuality was more or less universally taboo. And those SJWs try to appear as "the resistance" who are "against fascism" as well.

Here's one of Woke's dirty little secrets: Woke does not want to win. Woke does not want their problems solved. Woke is dependent upon victimhood as its source of social capital. If problems like -ism or -phobia were solved or even reduced, Woke would have less social capital.

Woke is not about creating a more just and equal society, and it never was. It is about self-aggrandizement, grifting, social competition between elites at the expense of everyone else, excusing your own failures and inchoate anger, and giving yourself moral license to hurl metaphorical rocks at your enemies, all while getting high off of your own self-righteousness.

There also is the historical narrative where all of them ultimately want to be the next MLK or Cesar Chavez or Che Guevara because that's who they were taught to be heroes to be aspired, even if all they have done so far is get mired into inane things that ultimately do not interfere with the bottom line of corporations.

Despite all their superficial complaints about privilege, in reality that's what they're fighting for. They WANT privileges, but only if the right people have them. To be the right people, you must occupy the correct standing in the caste system progressive stack.
