It's possible, but the path of least resistance leads to Pat ordering them himself. If we are to believe that it is one of Pat's trolls trying to frame him, then that means somebody was cool spending thousands of dollars on swats and risking spending a huge chunk of their life in prison. If we are to believe it's Torswats doing it for fun this entire time (as the Kiwi thread suggests), then it doesn't make any sense why Patrick didn't have a thread on cowbin until after Torswats outed him, or why Patrick is in none of their leaked chats, or why Patrick was swatted so many more times than Torswats' other targets.

As for when we'll see the inevitable "Welp, I've been falsely shadowbanned for naming my tormentors... 1/", I think Pig needs to take a break from entertaining those loveable Xitter rascals and drink more booze. I think the ghost ban (you literally don't appear at all in searches) is usually temporary. It's also one that doesn't show to the affected account so it's entirely possible Fatty isn't even aware of it, or at least wasn't before mentioning it.
