I can't help but feel horrified by just how fucking many of these exist. 1116 pages and that's just from the troons who go bragging about their crotch rot on reddit or elsewhere. This shit is so gruesome you'd think it's just a small handful of insane individuals in the whole world who would willingly have this done to themselves, like most extreme and destructive body mods, but actually these number in the tens of thousands I bet and it's getting worse.

Oh there's plenty. I don't post everything I see; only a small selection.
It'll be a full time job to post everything just on r/phallo and r/transgender_surgeries; let alone the many many other subreddits and websites dedicated to this crap.
And you also have to think about the people who don't post anything at all. The silent majority probably have the decency to not post their genitals over the internet.

It's horrifying to think about.

Because it's incredibly generic and common issues. Historically, every 80 years something happens to weaken people. Living in peace breeds weak men, all that. And 80 years is all it takes to forget atrocities, because everyone who suffered during that period are mostly dead or dying. Think about it, what is the most common thing people do? Herd mentality. What could all that apply to? Hysteria, and that's what this troon virus is, a hysteria. It's already starting to slowly die back down now that it's affecting normies. The sooner you disturb peoples comfort, the sooner something happens to stop it.

Maybe it’s a reach but “scary, stressful and unspeakably wonderful ” is language you would see in women describing the birth of a child. Something she’s (intentionally) discouraged from doing through her mutilation.

trannies have always proven freuds observations right, especially the ones I thought were too out there to be true. This time it comes back to good old Oedipal complex. In one of his earliest works he describes it as boiling down to the wish of birthing oneself and absolving the father his authority. This lady is talking about birth, not birth of a new life but literally herself in a new identify of a “man (sexually mutilated woman)”. Which then plays into penis envy and castration anxiety… I never understood any of it before trannies. Is this level of hysteria symptom of a society on the blink of 2 World Wars?
