Derek Chauvin Stabbed in Jail (2020 Sneeder)

Millions of people do drugs illegal and legal in the United States every day. Of course there are safe levels. All drugs carry risk, prescribed for not prescribed. But the Medical Examiners found no evidence the drugs in his system were at levels to cause death.

Fentanyl is everywhere, but we dont see millions dropping dead. Now take drug use and mix it with oxygen depravation and the risks explode.
Lol okay bro, good luck with your safe fentanyl use strategy.

I'm trying to say that instead of burying Floyd in a golden casket and spending media resources on demonizing Chauvin, they could've made Floyd a figurehead for overdose prevention and actually put that money to good use, saving lives.

The only problem with that idea is that he was murdered by a cop, so there's that.

If you are going to label every person that dies as an OD because they have drugs in their system, then 50% of deaths are now going to be OD. I get you want the OD story to stick for George, but under scrutiny it does not.

I'm sure George would have one day (and wouldn't we all if doing lots of drugs) eventually OD, but not on that day and that's the struggle people have with defending Derek is understanding that he didn't have enough drugs in his system to kill himself.

He just didn't.

Yes, he just had enough drugs in his system to think it's a good idea to go around high, pay with a fake $20, then according to criminal apologists get choked out like a bitch or more realistically die from an overdose when his heartrate went up, pumping more drugs into his system. Even in your scenario it's just how drunk drivers don't die from alcohol intoxication, but die from thinking it's a good idea to go drive while drunk and then plow into a wall.

Can anyone post the original, unedited footage of the St. Floyd incident? Ideally starting with the banana dance segment.

Best anti-drug PSA I ever saw, they should show that to kids in school to make sure no one ever touches anything harder than weed. Also should get them off bananas.

Back when the initial news first broke, A&H actually felt bad for George Floyd for the first few pages/days before they remembered that he's a black man, and any action against a black person is justified in their minds. Even when it's murder committed in broad daylight on video.
People had more sympathy until the bodycam footage was released and they saw this

Also the fact that he was resisting and complaining about being unable to breathe before he was on the ground

A gun was pulled because Fentanylnik was eating all the fent and fucking around with his hands in the front of the car, not listening to the cop saying "put your hands on the wheel"

Have you guys seen the 2019 bodycam footage from the cops that arrested Floyd before his fentanyl OD in 2020? Tommy Sotomayor played it on his cancelled YT channel to show what kind of guy Floyd was. George and his buddy were pulled over in an unregistered car with drugs on them, and George pulled most the same shit he did with Chauvin’s crew with those cops. Blubbering, not cooperating, resisting arrest, calling for his momma, etc.

Most importantly: in the first three minutes you can hear arresting officers saying things like “spit it out!”, “open your mouth, spit out what you got!”, and “he was eating it” (2:22)...🤔

In court under oath Chauvins CO testified that Chauvin was NOT taught how to preform the knee restraint by the department. However they did infact train him to do that and if I recall correctly there were even articles boasting about it before floyd ate shit some sort of israeli police department training collab. This alone should have gotten him a retrial or a release.

But they didn't lie. He died from what Derek did. If Derek hadn't have done it, I'm confident George would have been alive that day.

He did not have lethal doses in his system. He died because he was starved of Oxygen.
Wrong. He DID have lethal doses in his system. He also swallowed a mouthful of drugs when he was arrested because he was trying to hide the evidence. And he said he couldn't breathe before he ever went to the ground.

You dickheads are just beyond reasoning. I want you to do what the jury did in their minds. I'll say it but I know you just won't do it because you ar impatient fucks and think it just doesn't matter.

Take a pillow, kneel on it with all your force. Put your phone down and set the timer for 2 minutes and pretend that pillow is a person who isn't moving or even twitching.

You won't do it, but you should. You'll get the idea after 2 minutes what the intent was. There isn't any question why you are doing it, you want to hurt that man beneath your knee.

You won't do it, but in 120 seconds I'll get a folly of "Dumb" labels, rather than you guys actually recreating the scene.
I get your point, but you also need to fill that pillow with angry weasels. This simulates your average perp trying to get away because they -- and I quote -- "din' do nuffin" and "cain't breef"
A secondary but much more police academy appropriate challenge is not to kill or maim any of the weasels, maybe have a couple babies in there simulating the hyeloid.

I hear where you're coming from but remember that an arrest takes two.

Very very true. And George was a POS no doubt.

Nope. Not lethal doses that could cause death in George. Look; if you want to make this argument perhaps you should write his appeal because no Medical examiner concurs with your assessment.

Take a look at the people on this forum thread stating that there is “no such thing” as safe levels of drugs, yet opioids, fentanyl, even meth are all prescribed by doctors.

The drugs in his system did not cause his death. Derek caused his death when he deprived him of oxygen and that’s why George died on that day.

The OD story has been rehashed more times than I care to count. By people who aren’t medical examiners; and by people who have access to the transcripts stating what his levels were and who can easily enough find out these aren’t lethal doses for George.
If it was demonstrable George died of an OD it would make an easy enough appeal; but because it isn’t demonstrable and the medical examiners did not lie for the prosecution there is no appeal on grounds of false testimony.

You can believe what you want to believe and that you are smarter than the jury and the medical examiners.

And maybe you are; so make sufficient argument that holds actual data that could be presented as an actual argument and I’ll listen.

I saw this report on MSNBC yesterday and I bust out laughing, not sure from shock or amusement or a bit of both. It was immediately shown on Al Sharpton’s program.

Do remember that not everyone is as obese as you, Fattotaur.
I am honored you'd finally let yourself succumb to your fetish in trying to rile me up. I'm flattered you couldn't help yourself. I am, irresistible, aren't I?

Odd thing for someone to call having their own gravitational field, but have at it.
