Chantal Sarault / Chantal Al-Refae / Foodie Beauty - Delusional drug fiend hamplanet mukbanger from Canada trying to be a glamorous online influencer. Pathological liar, huge bitch, narcissist, animal abuser

Jesus fuck. A1C at a 10.4. A1C is not really impacted by your immediate intake but is an indicator of your blood sugar over time. You can raise or lower your blood sugar in hours, or a day. You cannot spike your A1C with one meal. Its an indicator of about the last 60-90 days blood sugar levels.

Chantal went to the Shifa Al Jazeera Medical Centre. You can see the logo on the sign for the blood work, and those chairs etc match the waiting room where she says she's in Internal Medicine. You also later see their logo in her test results background.

They have 3 locations ready to serve you in Kuwait and surprisingly accept a lot of American health insurance. But they are a "chain" in multiple gulf countries so it makes sense.

Which location she went too? I'll leave that to the imagination. Do what you wish with this information.

Rate me dumb, but why does it say 'American Diabetes Association?' This looks like a report from my (United States) doctor's office. I looked it up to see if it's a standard worldwide or if Kuwait has American docs/offices there but I get nothing informative. She's such a liar that the little voice in my brain that is constantly trying to figure out her tricks is stupidly wondering if she found this report somewhere and copied it.

The United States is the only place to have these "Associations" propped up by tax dollars and big pharma to pump out these types of standards. Why would their be a Kuwait Diabetes Association, or a Canada Diabetes Association? Why pay to make standard when the USA already paid for it with their for-profit healthcare systems and just rip of their work? Doctors in multiple countries will quote the American Diabetes Association and the American Heart Association etc. Sometimes the Bri'ish IHS will go "The Bri'ish IHS recomends..." but then you look up their recommendations and they quote the American associations.

She had an opportunity here to grow her audience and a primarily supportive audience but honesty would be required and she’s always going to try to leave something out.

PL: my brother was diagnosed with type 2 some years ago when he was seeing his doc for a check up. His random glucose came in at 400+ and his wife was called to contact him and tell him to pull off the road and wait for her or someone else to come pick him up and bring him straight to hospital. It was treated as an extremely urgent situation.

I’m surprised she wasn’t admitted until her glucose levels are under control.

She left out a lot in her little heart to heart. No mention of eliminating pickles and cheese for one thing but there’s a lot more she’s not saying… yet.

Her white cell counts were all in the normal range so infection of any sort can be ruled out as a cause for her very high MALB reading.

I’m not buying that blood pressure number for a hot second.

Oh I see, her past is dead and buried

Any future in Kuwait is dead and buried too. She's not getting renewed again. Time to plan that big reunion with Crackula.

EDIT:
Under Kuwaiti law, her test results and primary diagnosis have to be reported to both the health and immigration authorities. She can't duck or dodge this. Her residence visa dream just died. No appeal, nothing Salah can do except try and get the fuck gone. Kuwait has been deporting at least 15,000 tourists a year since 2017 for health reasons. This year it's 30,000 tossed out. It's quite an issue there.

Our gorl isn't looking so bulletproof these days. When obese people are younger, they can often produce test results that are within normal ranges — although, in reality, their bodies are gradually deteriorating — and they can use those results to delude themselves into thinking their lifestyle is no big deal; they're just "big, but healthy." Chantal is no longer in that enviable position of easy denial. We'll see if the cycle evolves from here. I would expect a little more inner conflict and ambivalence than before, and possibly more see-sawing between the gorging and the short-lived weight loss attempts. Resuming the habitual gorging is going to be a little harder, sting a little more, now that denial is off the table, now that she knows for a fact each junk meal is bringing her closer to consequences like kidney failure. It won't stop her, but that genie can't go back in the bottle.

This is the best I could do with my phone, someone here can do better, but yeah GUNT is hiding something, as usual.

ETA: If I'm reading what I think I am, it looks like she's hiding a grade 3 Fat liver disease.

The hidden liver tests:

First line is obscured by the MALB.
Next line is "TOTAL" something that looks like 8.5. Long phrase, may be "total protein." That one doesn't have a visible H flag. Measured in (something)/L.
Can't make out the next line. Unit is U/L, and it's flagged H. Second two letters may be AT.
Next one begins with A, may be albumin. Unit U/L. Flagged H. Number may begin with 5 or 8, but it's very faint.
Last line is very blurry. Not visibly flagged H, test name may possibly end in W or in N. Unit is U/L again.

I'm not a medical type and can't interpret any of this but would love to know her liver levels. I'd guess they're creamy.

Here's a regular liver panel that shows normal ranges:

liver_panel_enzymes.jpg

Here's what I'm seeing for Chantal's liver panel, line by line:

1. Obscured by MALB result. Units are the same as Total Bilirubin.
2. Total Bilirubin: 0.05
3. AST/SGOT: xxx (High) (exact value is obscured)
4. ALT/SGPT: 51.8 (High)
5. Albumin? Can't read the value

High AST and ALT enzymes mean her liver is injured and not functioning properly. This could be due to chronic fatty liver disease.

Compared her possible liver panel to my Significant Other’s and his are listed in this order:

ALP
ALT
AST
GGT
Bilirubin total..,
If that helps at all.

Clearly she’s hiding something and my bet is on abnormal liver panel values. Rather than eat to give her liver a break, she has as usual, tripled down on destructive eating since her diagnosis of NAFLD a few years back,

Papa Swole is his moniker. He's the opposite of hot. He looks like a homeless guy.

As soon as she found out he had a GF, she quit before she started.

Then again, Nader is the polar opposite of the "hot goy" Chins made him out to be.
That's the guy! Just really weird. I made an edit but he had some catchphrase about his balls that made everyone, beauty parlor women and gawking man alike mildly uncomfortable.

If that is the case, her pancreas and liver are in a race as to which one will take her out first, jfc. According to the website Medical News Today:

Grade 3 fatty liver disease means a person has a large percentage of fat deposited in their liver. Grade 3 NAFLD occurs when a person’s liver contains a percentage of fat greater than 66% and severe inflammation.

The excessive fat associated with grade 3 increases a person’s risk of disease progression. In severe cases, a person may need a liver transplant.

What causes grade 3 fatty liver disease?

Researchers continue to look into the exact underlying cause of NAFLD. Several factors can increase a person’s risk of developing the condition, including:
  • high cholesterol or high triglycerides in the blood
  • living with type 2 diabetes or insulin resistance
  • having overweight or obesity
People living with metabolic syndrome or at least one of its associated traits have a higher risk of NAFLD than those who do not. Metabolic syndrome is a group of conditions and traits linked to overweight and obesity. Traits include:
  • high levels of triglycerides
  • larger waist size
  • low levels of high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol
  • higher than usual blood glucose levels
  • type 2 diabetes
  • high blood pressure
A person who has at least one of these traits has a higher chance of developing NASH.

What are the possible complications of grade 3 fatty liver disease?

Grade 3 fatty liver disease puts a person at higher risk of developing complications, including inflammation and scarring, if they are not already present.

NAFLD can also lead to other complications, such as:

She be fucked. She might just as well eat as many foot-long subs, troughs of rice, lokmas, candy bars dipped in marshmallow fluff, and any other crap she wants and hope for a massive myocardial infarction or stroke to transport her into sweet, sweet oblivion.

Edit: formatting stuff

I will just say this. There's no reason for her to continue on like she is. She doesn't need to keep eating on camera for YouTube. Find some other hobby. Sure mukbangs bring her some views but at this point it's literally killing her to continue eating like that. She'd be better off finding some different kind of content and completely cutting out all sorts of eating on camera. If her money takes a hit so be it at least she gets to extend her lifespan a bit (maybe). Go work at the local grocery store to bring in some extra cash and stop being a sedentary lazy fuck. It's bizarre to cling to this mukbang YouTube career when you have so many health issues stemming from gluttonous eating.

No-one is. Her resting heart rate was 96 when she showed us her oxygen saturation recently…that’s her resting HR, so her BP was nowhere near that low.
Clearly she’s hiding something and my bet is on abnormal liver panel values.
She told us herself after her previous blood tests (possibly in Thailand) that her liver enzymes were abnormal, and she’s done nothing to help address that problem.

That Dr knew she lied about being “fasted”, that’s why he questioned her about how high it was when supposedly fasted. Maybe she hadn’t eaten for 60-90 minutes, but that’s the extent of her fast. Don’t believe anything that isn’t official documentation, because she’s a bold faced liar. I suspect the only reason she wasn’t admitted to a hospital was because she has no insurance to cover the cost. Funny that now she thinks she needs to get health insurance. I doubt she’ll get coverage now with test results like those she showed. Go back to Canada Chantal, where you can afford healthcare. Just make sure you also get insurance to cover prescriptions, because insulin gets pricey when you keep having to increase your dosages.

I just can’t get over how dumb she is. She still knows nothing about diabetes, and knows nothing about insulin. Imagine believing an insulin shot takes days to take effect. Most folk these days would have researched the shit out of their medical condition, maybe even before diagnosis.

Also, GRBS is a random non-fasting blood glucose reading. Anything over 11.1 is considered diabetic.
Not necessarily. There are conditions other than diabetes that can cause the gut to readily absorb simple sugars and spike high BGLs, but if the pancreas is healthy, those numbers can also drop quickly once it releases insulin.
You can raise or lower your blood sugar in hours, or a day.
You can raise or lower BGLs in minutes, which is why folk that suffer with hypoglycaemia always carry something to bring their BGL up quickly. It takes months to drop an A1c!
It's bizarre to cling to this mukbang YouTube career when you have so many health issues stemming from gluttonous eating.
Even if she stopped the mukbangs for a month or two, she’d end up doing a Hungry Fat Chick and returning to them when she realises she can’t make rent. Work is out of the question for her be cause she’s on a tourist visa…as well as unemployable.

Who are you responding to, 2019 Chantal? Your advice would makes sense if she was 100 pounds lighter and still living in Canada.

You really think this fat bitch could work a job NOW?

Seems like we have officially reached the final chapter of Gunts time here on earth. I’m getting major Jen and Gene vibes from this entire situation and when she starts getting admitted to the hospital for organ failure we’ll know that she’s at the end. We had a good run with our cow but now it’s clear that she’s next on the chopping block. Amberlynn being younger than Chinny definitely bought her some time health wise, but trust that Lord Beetus will claim her too eventually.

Yeah, it's some real Leaving Las Vegas-tier shit, when you really think about it. I'm just waiting for her to give up, stop pretending she's ever going to be able to turn herself around, and just double down on eating herself to death.
I think that happened already: The plaintive “I just wanna eat” a few months ago. Everything since is clickbait/passing time, including the diabetes arc.

Maybe I’m wrong, but that moment stuck with me.
Ma'am you are literally dying in 4k
The blood tests are undeniable proof of that. I witnessed a type 1 child get diagnosed. They had a 140ish blood sugar in the doc’s office and the endo pulled out a syringe and insulin, explained what he was doing, and injected the kid then and there. Chantal walking out of that office with a 400 is unthinkable. Gave me a flicker of sympathy for her. (I assume she would have told us if she’d been given insulin immediately since she hates needles.)

Anyhow, this is bleak.
