To my way of thinking, she’d “break the Internet” if she actually got her shit together and started REALLY improving her health.

It won’t be easy (nothing worth doing is). She’ll need to go back to Canada. She’ll have to be honest about everything (rainbows galore).

My advice is go dark for a month or two. Come back in Ontario, 50 elbees lighter and sans hijab. Talk about how she did it, and her plans for continued success. If she can do that, I foresee a lot of new subscribers.

Under Kuwaiti law, her test results and primary diagnosis have to be reported to both the health and immigration authorities. She can't duck or dodge this. Her residence visa dream just died. No appeal, nothing Salah can do except try and get the fuck gone. Kuwait has been deporting at least 15,000 tourists a year since 2017 for health reasons. This year it's 30,000 tossed out. It's quite an issue there.

I do not understand why she hides some of the results and information and not others. From the past, we know that she had high blood pressure, but why hide it now? She mentioned something about "high salt in her urine", and someone suggested that she might have been given a diuretic, which is a medication for high blood pressure. We know that she has poor liver functions, again why hide it?

She hides her marriage certificate as private but shows many of her medical tests, which does not make sense.

I do not buy the suggestion that she might be going back to Canada because of these results. Why now? In the past, she was told that her blood pressure was high, that she was diabetic, and that she had fatty liver disease, and she chose to do absolutely nothing about it. She had a hysterectomy due to cancer and did nothing about her weight. Why would she change now, and go to Canada for free health care? She may as well stay in Kuwait and keep doing mukbangs.

I don't find the medical sperging as interesting as most people, but I am getting a bit curious about where the line between Chantal's and Kuwaiti doctors' retardation lies.

When she claimed she had her blood glucose measured recently and it was "like 6", I thought she was just flat out lying. But I didn't get the same impression from her talking about the suspiciously low blood pressure. Out of all the results she happily put online she picks blood pressure to lie about, the one she's already admitted was a problem? Or the urine test results indicating she's on her way to a kidney failure - she didn't even know what it meant. She may be just too stupid to comprehend and remember a thing like that, but is it possible no one explained it to her?

I remember her first medical emergency in Kuwait, the one she partly recorded. The environment looked uprofessional and not at all sterile. She was gushing over how comfortable it was with all the pillows and colorful fabric, but it looked more like a shaman's hut that a health care environment. Are their doctors from Temu too?

Yes*. Fat, and poor heart health/circulation. The short of it is I dont think they can measure it accurately due to her size and shape, and she is experiencing heart failure. It could be diabetes as well lowering her blood pressure which would hide cardio issues and she really should have a cardiologist as her next step.

But there are also some issues we can see that follow along with her: Hypothyroidism, Diabetes, Clogged Arteries and Heart Failure. Low blood pressure is also seen as a fatal symptom in those with kidney failure since the lack of circulation decreases the ability of the kidneys.

Spoiler: Fat and heart BP spergs

Fat-messing with the measurement method:
-She is huge, and her arms are massive, and conical shaped like hams. This causes problems for getting accurate blood pressure measurements. BP is essentially measured by listening, either by a human with a stethescope, or a computer, for when the sound of the blood pumping through the artery stops, and when it starts again. Think of it like kinking a hose. But this has too be done through a lot of FAT on Chantal, causing an unreliable reading> This would usually cause an unreliably HIGH reading though. The second part of the Fat issue is the shape of her arm. Its conical, unlike the rest of humanity who's forearm/biceps is mostly cylindrical. The standard cuff they inflate is setup to apply equal pressure across the arm(for comfort) and artery, and measuring how much they inflate that bladder is how they get the numbers. When you do this on a conical shaped arm it doesnt inflate evenly, and a pressure point is made cutting off the flow while the bladder may not be up to full pressure etc. Sure we've been taking blood pressure for decades if not a century, but the methods are for the average person. we're still lagging behind accurately accounting for the super morbid obese and their disfigured bodies.

Poor heart health and circulation
-Her cardiovascular system is in terrible shape. This can be seen anytime she tries to do anything and how out of breath she gets. The body is not getting the oxygen it needs when she tries to do something, and it tells her lungs to go crazy. But its not her lungs cuasing the sisue, its her hear. The muscles and brain arent getting enough bloodflow to bring them the oxygen. The body has no way of measuring bloodflow itself but bases things off the oxygen levels. Low oxygen levels? We must breath harder to get more oxygen into the blood and more CO2 out! But her heart just cant pump up the pressures to get to high blood pressure in such a large body. If her reading is accurate, it would be concerning and seen as a low blood pressure situation. One of the causes of low blood pressure is plaque build up in the arteries shortly before heart failur. She thinks her blood pressure is "Normal" but really its a false sense of hope.

*Yes I'm sure a medical professional can explain. I am not one. But would love to also hear from one. This is my take from my training and understanding of cardiology and endocrinology.

The real truth is that the outcome to the ‘getting serious this time and dieting properly’ that Chantal fantasises herself succeeding at, is her seeing herself as the skinny, (somehow magically 20 year old), hot, desirable girl she’s always meant to have been.

She doesn‘t realise the drastic dieting she needs now is to save her eyesight, limbs, organs and life, and is way past ever being cosmetic.

Regardless of her specific health issues and make no mistake, she currently has several genuinely life threatening ones, returning to Canada isn’t the Big Save.

She has no GP so trying to find one would the first and enormous hurdle. One in four residents of Ottawa don’t have a primary health care professional and the knock on effects of lack of primary care means the rest of the system is heavily burdened, especially urgent care and emergenc.

She’d be waiting weeks or months for critical testing and I suspect at this stage, it hardly matters. You can only push your luck and your body so far before the Grim Reaper or his cousin, Gross Complications start knocking on the door.

In any case, care in Kuwait or Canada each have their own pros and cons, so she might as well stay with Handsomest Husband in Kuwait.

And no, having a very sick wife he needs to ‘look after’ isn’t going to get him into Canada. She had family here and our Immigration staffers aren’t stupid.

I think that Chantal will have to go back to Canada, sooner rather than later. She can't afford to stay in Kuwait and pay for the medical care and tests that she needs to stay alive.
She said she accessed private medical care because she preferred it to public medical care...She is a lah.
She cannot access the public health care because SHE IS NOT AN EX-PAT there on a work permit visa, with the requisite health insurance that all employers must provide for the non-Kuwaiti citizen work force. How long can she or Salah afford to pay "out of pocket" to keep her alive? I could be all wrong, but this is my understanding of how the health care system works in Kuwait.
If Chantal can't eat for a living on Youtube, she can't afford to pay for a Doctor...and if she continues to eat for a living, she won't be living long.
