Both I think. Phil is unique in the sense in he’s an actual hermit, so the chances to mess with him are few and far between, he doesn’t really leave himself open to be messed with in any significant way beyond annoying him online most the time

He was also swatted years ago but beyond that most drama around Phil is stuff like trolls spam or flag stuff in masses.

These same people probably clapped like everyone else when Jaha went for DSP's ass for talking shit online. But someone in current day does it and now it's ungovernable, delinquent, sociopathic behavior. I called out a guy in the main general for attempting pig ops and got the red x of cringe. Nothing happened that couldn't have happened to a nicer guy. But I suppose if someone actually, physically went to the Snort Fort to bow up on Phil then everyone would be okay with it.
