There are many studies of people with NAFLD and their values roughly range from 50-75 u/L for AST and 40-65 for ALT. She needs a liver biopsy to confirm NASH, but she has every single risk factor (large circumference, diabetes, high cholesterol, etc). Any ALT above 20 is considered high for women and she is 3x that. She already got the NAFLD diagnosis back in Canada a couple years ago. This just confirms the liver damage.

The clinic is an international operation in multiple gulf countries. Their website is in english. Most of the Arab world speaks english to some extent. Particularly educated professions like doctors and medical labs. It makes totaly sense to do business in english as they can bring in trained doctors and lab techs from almost anywhere to work there. The sign on the building for the clinic is even in english. and all the signs inside are dual language. This is a private medical facility, not a government run. They would use english on paperwork. Specially for lab orders etc. The clinic and lab likely use software developed in english to run and log all these tests, as well as standard medical billing to catalog everything.

Whats arabic for MALB test? Or HEMB test? AST? or any of the other tests and results she had? She's not carrying around paper work that says "This person has been vaccinated for hep B, C and Covid please let them into your country". She shows a test order, and a lab result.

Yes, but without biopsy the cockroach theory still holds hepatically. The kidneys should be first, and they've taken one hell of a beating so far. Any kind of treatment or acute episode and I'll bet those kidneys just give up. Just a quick googling tells me that having only your ovaries removed generally stops menstrual cycles, but hormone treatment that you need afterward can still cause bleeding because you still have a uterus.
