That's the only question? Sounds like they're just being polite. If anyone was actually excited about or even interested in the book, wouldn't they ask something more if they had a chance to talk with the author?

I, for one, am really interested in this book coming out. I can't wait for the chapter where Fatrick explains Tiny Tim's gang with all their pronouns and sexuality. I also hope that Scrooge's killer is a fat drunk who makes his money creating pepperoni through unorthodox means

I don't understand how he doesn't have that moment during an argument where you suddenly realize "fuck this, this is stupid" and just walk away.

The almost child-like silliness is exactly what makes him the best cow for me.

I had lurked in the Farms for a few years, but all cows eventually showed some kind of perversion or deviancy that turned me off.

Finding Pat is what finally made me join. Pat may be totally surrounded by predators, sure... but he himself is not one. There's no real decadent sex, no violence, but only the borderline innocent impotence of a fat man telling his toilet it is going to prison.

In a forum filled with nightmarish ghouls who live among the other Cenobites, Pat is a very much needed Mr. Bean.

I know a lot of people were mentioning that Jackie didn't throw any of the names around at her speech, almost like she knew she'd get sued. I don't think Pat can help himself.

Getting a restraining order put on you is a massive pain in the ass Dan has every right to be pissed at pat. Pat and Jackie also email Insight constantly.

Jackie/Shane might not have so much ego tied up in this whole shitshow to shut up/print retractions and then shut up. Patrick? After the wife peaces out over an impending lawsuit trial the downward spiral of Partick won't be pretty. Might have funny moments but it's gonna be mostly cringe and sad.

Jackie will go on about the SAAPPP but realistically - what have been the positives of Patrick's participation in public? What grand truths has Patrick shown us all that if he's silenced will never be spoken of? Same for Mr. Butterknife - what truths has he gone on about that thanks to him we know of? Jackie is at least trying and there might be a truth she's spoken at some time in her online life.

The nonsensical names might very well be the thing that keeps some people from being considered serious by the court WRT defamation so the case law cited will be worth a read.
