Apologies if this was already touched on but Phil said this has been happening for months and it kinda clicked that he would occasionally mention troubles he was having behind the scenes which had a lot of people speculating on divorce, major health & medical related stuff, etc. and here we come to find out it was likely him getting occasionally disconnected for a minute or two while his modem reset? Amazing.
I believe he also mentioned visiting a lawyer on his day off at least one time on stream in the past few weeks or months and today when asked by a viewer if there was any sort of litigation Phil could pursue, Phil chastised his viewer stating without proof there could be no legal ramifications. This mf really very likely visited a lawyer to seek council about the exact thing the denthead asked him about, didn't he?

No. There is no lawyer nor has there been. He tried to pull this shit during the bank leak where he allegedly had $9k stolen and a team of 'lawyers'. It's all bullshit.

You know the prestream was fake because Khet was competent in the story. Jokes aside, Khet being his tard wrangler is incoming, she has to make him get up and go stream, tells him what game to play despite the stream being shorter. This would have been a "what do you guys want? please vote in the poll" type of deal that takes 30 minutes beforehand otherwise.

He is already sniffing around Comcast for some kind of payout. When he talks about how they will "fix" this, he smells a payday.

If Phil was smart, he would ask for a 1000 credit to his bill and just sign something saying he won't sue.

He wants Comcast to rework their entire workflow that only a T2 support, maybe even one dedicated guy has access to his account info and controls. This would lead to him annoying the fuck out of his contact if anything goes wrong (like a "lag spike" in SF6). He loves this shit so much, it's the thing that got him kicked out of machinima too.

The most interesting thing the retard from comcast said was "No one here believes his tard ass". Maybe Phil had a brief realization that normal people's reaction to him is to dislike him on sight. How fucking toxic was he on these calls and chats that customer service agents, who are allowed to give unhappy customers bill credits so that they can get off the phone, give him the runaround, and techs who can view his modem logs and see weird activity coming from their home office just tell him "lol just buy a new modem and don't call us again".
