This has to be the most bipolar thread I've seen on the site. (newfag I know but I've lurked for a while) I was a member of the truth sub for a while until realizing that they just circlejerked over the same 5 jokes over and over because, in truth, James isn't a lolcow. He's a weird guy, he does funny shit occasionally, (despite its overuse I'll always laugh at a balls on the dick joke) but he's not a cow. I checked the sub a few weeks ago just to see if there were any new developments, and I saw that Irate Gamer tweet where he wrote some truth references in the script and James didn't even have a clue what he was referencing. The guy is just simply not a cow. I fully agree that he's weird, rex viper sucks, his content has gone downhill, the movie is lousy, he fucked over his friends, all the regular truther criticisms are mostly correct.

But holy fuck, comparing him to CWC? Really? In what way is he comparable to CWC outside of having a thread on here and the speculation that he has autism? James is a functional member of society, he has a family, he has a steady income, he has a house and car, etc. Genuinely not trying to white knight, I don't disagree with him having a thread, he's plenty funny to laugh at, but the amount of alogs (redditors) on this thread is wild considering what his perceived "infractions" are.

I suppose that kind of goes into nature v nurture debates. Sure, I'll bite. People have had drastically worse upbringings than Chris and have came out infinitely better. Chris is still his own person regardless of his upbringing. He had, and continues to have, agency over his life. Hell, even a few years ago he had the opportunity to live a somewhat regular life and he couldn't even do that. Before almost any internet was involved he did shit like the "She came for CWC" drawing, the justification for which being that he would've assaulted her had he not drawn it. Chris was not raised in a good environment. That much I'm certain of. But to say that any autist would've been similar to Chris were they in his position is unfair to autists.

Hell, this is still all under the impression that James is an autist, which we only have circumstantial evidence of. Do I think he has autism? Yeah, probably. Do I think he'd be anywhere similar to Chris were the two to swap childhoods? No.

Much like Elfy and Beardo, Spitroasted by Ghosts gets paltry views unless he’s talking about James/Rex Viper. It’s why he and they keep making videos about James. They did one video about him and it got TCT views so they kept it up.

So it's a complete coincidence both Bootsy and Kyle disappeared from James' life at the exact same time Screenwave took over in december of 2016? Pure speculation, and the people involved in the contract will obviously never reveal the truth. We do know from the Movie Making Nerd book close friends of James tried to talk him out signing the contract, feeling he'd get the short end of the deal. I suspect Bootsy and Kyle are among these friends, since they had their falling out with James at the exact time the Screenwave deal was signed.
