A lot of arab sweets are are just, sugar, sugar, sugar and a sprinkling of nuts. Just what our chinny needs. She can always go back to Canada and cure her betuus by doing the good old methdiet.
ETA @anliteralidiot she can have meat like fish an chicken. Not in massive amounts but people with compromised kidneys do eat protein. The problem is, she cant eat a piece of steamed fish with a salad. Wayyyy to boring for her. It needs batter, fries and mayo before she wants it.

She’ll eat whatever she wants, the same as every other diabetic deathfat. She’ll just rely on meds to drop her BGL. Even then I don’t expect her to stay on the meds given she’s already complaining about gastrointestinal side effects. Any attempt to stick to a healthy eating plan is likely already gone with the wind. She’s said many times that she’d rather die younger than restrict the food she loves.

She should basically eat a low glicemic index diet. For breakfast, oatmeal or avocado on sourdough or an omlette. For lunch, roast chicken, broccoli, carrots, peas, a nice leafy side salad, maybe 100g brown rice. Dinner would be salmon, cauliflower, green beans, Zuchinni.

This is a rough example, but it' s doable for a regular person, but she is a bottomless feedbag, so she probably already quit.

We're talking about someone who's used to stuffing her face with 6K calories of pure carbs, fat, and sodium on the daily. I can't understand people getting preachy about a couple of banana slices in her bowl. ALTHOUGH! if it were anybody else it would be a good start, but for her it's a moot point.

We've seen her fail at everything she tries, even if it is as minor as cutting her McD's order from two Big Macs to one or "saving the rest for Bibi." And she'll give up her sauces for NO ONE.

Speaking of "saving for Bibi," I just had a flash of when Smee sent her home with a slice of cake specifically for Bibi, and she had eaten it before she got there. lol

Ok, this statement makes me irrationally MATI.

She never once mentioned caring for or even talking to her grandma in the almost three years she lived at the Villa. THREE YEARS. Not once did we hear about her doing jack shit for Grandma in that time frame.

If it was a "couple times a week" she would have constantly gloated about it and used it for content.

Even in the Bibi era, I only remember her mentioning having to help Grandma maybe once a month at most.

I’m late to the party but yeah…does she assume no one knows halawa is a sweet? It’s a dessert, made with tahini (sesame seed oil paste) and tons of sugar. It’s extremely dense calorically as well, along the lines of peanut butter.

Why did Salah take 17 minutes to shake a little packet of crushed nuts onto that dessert? I hate his little mannerisms as much as I hate hers. I know it's been even more noticeable here lately that she eats like a psycho, and I concur with all those infuriated.

She'll take 20 minutes shaking her gorilla paw and scooping up / dumping rice endlessly with her fork. He'll use the same incredibly drawn out time-frame to pour a can of soda, raising and lowering his hand, like he's pouring a fine tea for the queen. Now he's taking an extra hour to shake a pre-portioned sack of nuts onto a cup of melted sugar designed to kill the un-killable fat bride.

These fucking idiots need so much help to just get through the day, I'm shocked they don't just choke on their own tongues sometimes. They would each benefit from an occupational therapist who could target Chantal's shot motor skills (maybe even teaching her to use utensils with a proper grip) and Salah's extensive sensory sensitivities and aversions. They really both need a full team for daily living assistance, but being too proud (and much too stupid,) he's gonna die in a Temubile explosion and she's going to die of fat.

AND they're going out with a whimper, not a bang. UNLESS Chantal takes my advice and does her food bucket list. They don't call it a bucket list because you intend to do it and then continue to live an extended, happy life. Do it, Chantal. I’m not sure why you think vein blood is different than finger blood but you can most definitely test for Hba1c with the finger prick test she had done in office. source: am medfaggooooot

My clinical diagnosis is Chantal has approx 6 months left.
