I tried Rumble but it's shit, the stream randomly stops despite being set at the lowest bitrate and I can't post in the chat because my account must be verified (not by email, only by phone).

@Null that's not how the browsers evolved.
Safari was based on WebKit which in turn was based on KHTML. Chrome initially was based on WebKit as well, but since a long time they forked WebKit into Blink, on which Chromium and all the Chromium clones build.

Safari in turn evolved into Webkit2. Both Blink and WebKit diverged significantly

Yes, the iPhone and it's Safari lock-in is the only thing that doesn't let Google have 99% of the market

And then you have the Gecko/servo hybrid in Firefox. So that's 3 engines

I have two questions - Josh Moon🇮🇹 said on the South Park Gumroad video that MATI has South Park references in it, I have never noticed a single one. Anyone spot any?

Odysee does not let you search for MATI or Josh, the only way to find his stream is to use the link here or on mati.live to get to it. Is there something nefarious going on or is the search function just a dull lull?

I think null was mistaking engines for user agent strings, which routinely rat out the engine or outright lie and say they're WebKit when they very much aren't.

For a tiny brief period, Edge was its own unique engine called Trident. It died about as quickly as you'd expect it to have.

Hey Josh, one reason a regime promotes members of a small, reviled minority demographic (trannies) to positions of power and prominence is they can be relied upon for unquestioning loyalty and compliance. Nah. Trident was the OG IE engine, and I'm gonna guess they sent that user agent to signify the IE compatibility mode
