Bitch you have a boyfriend. Your rotdog, turbocharged or not, isn't going to fit in his or her ass.
> but I really hate the idea of having to change the erectile device every 5-7 years. It means a mandatory surgery ever 5-7 years, so having to put my life on pause X amount of times during my lifetime, AGAIN
solve for X
let's see, every 5-7 years for the rest of your lifetime?
X = 1
and it's not "life on pause" ⏸️, it's life on stop ⏹️, eject ⏏️

Can we coin the term “rot sandwich”?

Holy shit this. If troons want to be women so bad, let them experience the healthcare system like an actual woman, who often are outright refused (for decades, even) to be given a hysterectomy, or forced to wait until they're older and have actual issues like tumors, etc.

the fact that these pooners can basically just walk in, get their uterus yeeted by saying it makes them upsetti spaghetti about their 'manhood', AND get that shit mostly covered by insurance?

fuck off

Hysterectomy are refused to women for more than the change your mind argument though, that's just the simplest excuse. It's a hormone source and removal should only be done when it's dangerous / diseased because fucking with your hormones like that is proving to have long term consequences that aren't fully understood at this point. Including links to early onset dementia and bone issues.

It's instant menopause but lacking the benefit of once having been a functional organ that's still *slightly* working.

Going to be a lot of women who wake up too late and discover that carving out your major hormone producing organ in the summer of your life was a terrible idea.

The uterus itself doesn't dispense hormones. You only go in to immediate menopause if they remove the ovaries, and from what I understand they always leave those in unless they are diseased to the point of requiring removal; removing the uterus, cervix, and tubes is still considered a hysterectomy. I assume this is what pooners have done because you never hear any of them bitching about menopause, having to take estrogen pills or use estrogen gel.

It absolutely does lmao. The whole system involves hormones but it's not well studied. That's part of the problem. We don't have a full understanding so how can you inform people of the risks when the medical community doesn't even fully know the long term fallout of them.

You can't take T and leave ovaries in there. Especially if they're undergoing a vaginectony and plan to get a arm sausage. It's asking for cancer. A when not if suitation. It'd be negligence to leave them there. Part of the reason tifs have to get hysto is because T is poison to a woman's reproductive system, it atrophies and who knows what else.

There's plenty of desisting tifs who got gutted and now have to take estrogen to try to ward off the hot flashes, heart palptations, etc that come with menopause. It's just far harder for them to talk about that than their tit chops as its far less visible, and usually accompanied by intense grief at their fertility loss.

Many pooners get the full scoop. They don’t bitch about menopause because they’re too young, too clueless and their bodies are likely so fucked up from the hysto + T they don’t know what to look for. Hair loss? Could be either. Vaginal atrophy? Again, could be either.

Thai toxic boob implant
The chinks will fake anything to make a quick buck, even building materials like cement, or food such as eggs. Hell, they will even fake security labels and pills since thats were everything under the sun is manufactured. Since its Thailand and I doubt their medical supply provenance is as good as the US or Korea. Its possible that his implants were fakes from China filled with God-knows-what.

This is a bit of an update, need of support, and any advice type of post.

I ended up with one of the worst complications. I had. Bacterial infection that ate away half of my scrotum and caused my vaginectomy to open up so much I needed to go back into the OR to fix that and get a wound wash from the bacteria. Since then I had been on anti fungals and more antibiotics. My immune system seems pretty shot at this point.

But, after all that I’m doing much better. However, I’m still dealing with wound separation which is behind my scrotum and a small bit in front. The one behind is so large I can stick my finger inside and looks so huge in the picture. I want to do more than keep gauze on it but with it this open can I do? I don’t want to cause other issues depending on what I use.

But I want to use medihoney or manuka honey (have used on other wounds with great success). I’ve seen posts about using baby powder but would that be good for inside the urethra?
Since this is an update post i took a look at her former post and...

So I had stage 1 on October 30th. Everything was going great healing fast for the first week up to my post op appointment. Then starting on Sunday night I got a terrible infection that ate away the whole top of my scrotum. The sides of my inner thighs are purple with sloughing painful skin. And my vaginectomy/perineum area has widened so far it’s concerning. So I’m on anti fungal meds, stronger dual pill antibiotics, and I’m going back into the OR (operating room). My surgeon is going to do a washout of everything, check on anything internal especially my urethra, and possibly put some sutures in to help partially close the vaginectomy gap so it has a better chance of healing from within. I’m on anxiety meds and the are barely holding me together. I’ve cried twice today and feel so defeated and don’t even want to look down there. I’m just so happy my phallus is still doing alright.

Holy fuck.

Bonus hole.

Ask the people actually treating you because they have medical training and expertise. Or ask a bunch of mentally ill hobbits. It’s so hard to pick the right option, isn’t it?

My immune system seems pretty shot at this point.

You’ve just trashed your endocrine system by suppressing one hormone that increases immune response, and flooding your body with one that is a known immunosuppressant. You then underwent major surgery. Your infections are a complete mystery to science.

I’m just so happy my phallus is still doing alright.

For now. Read up on strictures and fistulas.

But I believe in you. Even now you regret nothing. You’ll get there too some day, li’l pooner!

:( that’s horrific, I knew there’s an increased cancer risk but didn’t know it’s that much.

So do these TIFs all required hysto if they take T long term? I’m surprised we don’t hear more about it. It’s usually the bottom surgery ones talking about hysto, not even the ones who “only” got zipper tits.
I’m no med fag at all, but I imagine there’s still chance they develop cancer after they stop taking T right? I’m thinking the stop smoking pamphlets saying stuff like chance of lung cancer decrease after xx months etc. Crazy

A furry TiF has posted on r/phallo asking about getting a phallus that doesn't look human. Wants a pointy dick with subdermal ridges.

So I'm wondering how much customizability there is regarding the shape of the phallus. I'd honestly really like to have something that looks a bit inhuman in shape, both becuase im a furry and becuase i dont love how most glansplasties look, id like a more tapered end and some subdermal ridges if I can get them. I know the subdermal ridges wouldn't be offered by the surgeon, but if I ask for a pointy or weird shaped dick would they just refuse? How much room for customization is there?
Looked at her profile and she's on Risperdal for anger issues. As well as Cymbalta, trazedone, and adderal. She's in her mid-late 20's.
She's claims to be autistic and that her special interest is BDSM.
