A Pennsylvania man paid a woman $300 to pee on him — then opened fire on her for stealing his wallet while he was soaking in her urine, according to a police affidavit.
David Martin Butts, 66, told cops that he paid Brittany Abosede, 34, to perform a golden shower in the bathtub of a York Days Inn around 5 a.m. on Nov 19, according to a probable cause affidavit obtained by The Smoking Gun.
He claims she then stole his wallet while he was still in the trub after his kinky pay-for-spray session.
When he ran out to confront her in her car, Butts claimed he panicked when he saw her reaching under her seat to pull out “something dark.,” the documents said.
“Butts advised he didn’t recall shooting his gun, but stated he was afraid Abosede was producing a weapon,” the document states — with the soaked man claiming that he then found his wallet abandoned in the motel parking lot.
During her interview, Abosede confirmed that “Butts paid her $300 to urinate on him” — saying she then just went to her car where she was eating potato chips and watching TikTok videos when the middle-aged man ran out with the gun.
When she began to drive away, he fired the gun, striking her SUV, according to her account.
Cops found a bullet hole in the vehicle’s door frame and a 9mm cartridge casing in the parking lot, the affidavit said.
Butts had denied shooting at Abosede, but police found a 9mm handgun in his vehicle after he rolled it over 30 miles from the Days Inn a short time later, according to the document.

Butts was charged with multiple assault counts, reckless endangerment, and patronizing a prostitute.
He was released on $75,000 bond, according to the outlet.
Abosede was charged with promoting prostitution and theft and was reportedly freed on a $5,000 bond.
The investigation started with a woman’s complaint that a man shot at her this weekend.
As officials investigated, the story appeared to unravel, transforming into a situation where police said a man paid a woman to urinate on him, and then shot at her car while accusing the woman of having stolen his wallet.
The woman, Brittany Abosede, is now in jail, facing charges.
And police say the man, David Butts, is in the hospital after he reportedly wrecked his car while driving to speak to officers about the case. Butts hasn't been charged for his role in the complex situation
Abosede, 34, called Northern York County Regional police, and officers met her at the Days Inn along Arsenal Road around 5:30 a.m. Sunday. She allegedly told police in her initial account that she was driving from Washington, D.C., to New York City when she stopped at the motel for a break, according to charging documents and a news release.
As she watched videos in her car in the parking lot, according to the account she reportedly told police, Butts came up to the car, cursing at her and holding a handgun. She said she started to drive off, and Butts fired the gun.
Abosede alleged she saw him then flee into a room, police said.
Police said Abosede’s car had a bullet hole in it, and they found a shell casing in the motel’s parking lot, charging documents show.
Investigators went to the room Abosede identified, according to charging documents. They knocked on the door. Nobody answered, but police said they heard sounds from inside.
Hotel management gave police Butts’ name as the individual who had rented the room.
Investigators also went back to Abosede.
“Her statements did not make sense to the police,” NYRPD said in a news release. “When her inconsistencies were pointed out, she agreed to tell the truth.”
Abosede then allegedly told police she'd actually met Butts at the motel, and he paid her $300 to urinate on him in a bathtub. When the act was done, she said she went back to her car parked in the lot, charging documents show.
Butts followed Abosede out with the gun and fired as she started to drive off, she alleged again, according to police. The officers, meanwhile, also got in touch with Butts for his side of the account.
He allegedly admitted to the sex act, charging documents show, and then told police he noticed his wallet missing when Abosede left the room.
Butts told police he confronted Abosede to get his wallet, and then alleged she reached for something under the seat. Charging documents show he reportedly panicked, believing she might’ve had a weapon. He allegedly told investigators he didn’t remember shooting his gun.
Further, he told police he found the wallet in the parking lot after Abosede left, court records show. Investigators allege he then left the motel and went to Harrisburg.
Detectives said they went up to the crash scene and recovered a gun they believe was used in the incident at the Days Inn, the news release shows.
Abosede was arrested and faces misdemeanor counts of promoting prostitution, providing false information to police, possession of drug paraphernalia and theft.
Court documents show she’s jailed at York County Prison with a $5,000 bail. Her preliminary district court hearing in the case is set for Dec. 1.
No charges have been filed against Butts so far, according to court records.
