Usually I would empathize with people struggling with mental health because I've been there, done that, but Keffals has grifted off of their own mental issues and others. pretty sure DesTINY did one thing right and it was to succesfully scare this ugly troon with legal threat. I think it the lawsuit ended up with weird plea deal of Keffals doing a non-apology and then staying the fuck away from destiny radar. Keffals is a big narcissist, so I feel like the root cause of his depression doesn't stem from just the dick chop: he doesn't care as much about being trans as he does at using it as a weapon against his enemies (still works) and to coom (which barely to doesn't work). He tends not to care about misgendering as much as other troons, only when he can use it as a weapon. He hasn't even talked much about breaking down due to dysphoria.

Honestly, Keffal's natural state seems to be depressed: he's shown to be the type of cluster B who doesn't get happiness from basic things. He likes more extreme thrills that are fast, happening NOW NOW NOW. This includes bullying, power dominance, drugs, risky and more deeply kink oriented sexual behavior, lying, conning people, and so on.

I do wonder if this is an actual full-blown personality disorder, or the the kind of thing that he might have matured out of, if he had gone down a normal life path. I've seen forms of his behavior very young people who then slowly grow out of it as their brains mature and they start finding more things that they derive deeper meaning from, like family or meaningful work or genuine close friends.

But he cut his dick off instead, which not only removed all hope of family and normal relationships, but also doomed him to life among a subculture of narcissistic retards in permanently arrested development.

(Do not read this as an attempt to defend Keffals. I just find it interesting how so many troons seem to freeze their emotional development at the age they troon out)

The problem is, a lot of these are running out of power or money. Everyone fucking hates him that he could bully aside from his underlings, and they've thinned out like his hair too. He's made himself a laughing stock or too #canceled to care about, and sabatoged his friend network for cheap thrills and powerplay (and cash). No more clout, no more bully power, no more cash to fuel drugs (aside from his recent grift), no one for him to terrorize because nobody fears him anymore. Becoming a laughing stock has been the worst thing for him, his easily bruised ego is black and blue all over from the constant pummlings it's getting.

The worst part of Keffals' hell must be that he has an edgelord sense of humor, and he actually seems to grasp how ridiculous most other troons are. And yet he can't express that, because his in-group polices anyone who dares express the wrong type of humor, and cancels anyone who doesn't show appropriate awe and deference to brick-faced crossdressers. And it's not like Keffals can just ditch the trans thing now that he has figured out the crowd doesn't suit him. You can't un-castrate yourself.
