Alternatively, have you been fielding the suggestions from other posters in this thread about interviewing other people? I don't know the particulars of these interview setups, but a pre-recorded element could be part of the stream or a backup entirely, hindsight being 20/20.

Rhode Island probably and this was planned weeks in advance as other people have said. She should have known better to be sober for it, although knowing better would require her to not be a dope fiend, so this was the only possible outcome.

It's not that complex. Channing is a forty-something year 35 year old junkie. Junkies don't care about anything other than getting their fix. There is never NOT an inappropriate time to get their fix.
