It's not just the milk. It's getting to see him become like a walking "Picture of Dorian Grey" as he marches on towards old age. We may not get to see him someday get Alzheimers and forget why his junk is missing. I firmly believe, however, that someone Keffals effed over will get to see that glorious freak out day after day.
It won't make up for him being an asshole, but it will go a little bit towards rectifying what he ruined.
