I was talking about a country shuting up people when they take the side of the enemy in a war on there territory. In this case I think Ukraine should execute Lira since he is not an Ukrainian citizen and the US should pay for the bullet.

"Lira is currently being held in the Kharkiv pretrial detention center. His court hearing is scheduled for Dec. 12 and Dec. 21."

Does anyone have any insight as to why there are two court dates?

Also of interest is that the courts are run by judges, with the option of a jury though this is extremely rare. So if sentenced I'm sure there will be a lot of crying about how corrupt the system is.

Elon doing this makes sense if you consider that Tucker is the only 'newsman' doing a show on Twitter. He even did a Spaces with Alex Jones, which only happened because Tucker interviewed him.

He likely is wanting to promote anyone that would do a show on Twitter because it helps bring more attention to the platform and promotes the idea of others trying to do shows there.

The evolution of Tucker though is a little interesting since he pretty much gave up reporting on things that require research. He's pretty much a podcaster now talking to whoever is popular with right wingers at that moment. Can't imagine him staying popular with his boomer audience from Fox News when he's crying about CRP or talking to celebrities like Kid Rock.

I am virtually certain this is going to be pure politics. They will drag it out as long as they want, to make an example of this dumb faggot, then the ultimate result will be he gets time served or some bullshit and then kicked out of the country. This isn't a legal opinion, it's a political opinion. Or he'll be traded for some advantage.

In any event the results will have nothing to do with law, just the results of being an idiot who goes to a country being invaded and openly spreads propaganda for the invaders. If he didn't have that U.S. passport he'd already be dead.
