This is Christine Brenneman (why are all the lolcows with autism named Chris?), she is an autistic 39-year-old
dog trainer (in the same video, doxes her number
) who lives with her boyfriend, Eric. Chris calls Eric "guinea pig" because in Eric's words, "men who let their wives cook for them are guinea pigs". It should be noted in a lot of Chris' cooking videos, she never shaves and almost refuses to wear a bra. Thus making a lot of Indian commenters on her channel very thirsty.
Eric has a tendency to put way too much seasoning on their food, coating both sides of a piece of meat with garlic, cinnamon, and other random herbs and spices. While cooking, Eric refuses to flip their food the normal way so he just uses a fork and spatula and sort of spins the meat around. While all this is happening, the smoke detector goes off more than once.

Chris created her channel on August 9th, 2020. She wanted to make extra money to help with her dire financial situation. In one of the first few videos she uploaded to her channel, she asks for money because her sister's fiance died (she has 4 children but couldn't work due to covid) and her boyfriend's car got hit by a deer.
Her channel started with animal training content, where she advertises her services to train dogs (since 200
in the Hanover, Pennsylvania area. She makes multiple videos essentially saying the same thing "I am Christine Brenneman, my number is XXX and I am a dog trainer".
She owns a Facebook group called "Therapy Dog and Service Dog Training". She charges $20 if you show up, $40 if she has to travel.
A lot of her early videos start with no audio or very delayed audio, as shown in this one where she talks about why you have to be mean when training dogs

I've watched about every single video on her channel as of right now, I have about 13GBs of her YouTube content archived. I will be listing each interesting video in this post if anyone wants to check out more. This will not be a dedicated thread to this channel, I just found it the most interesting.
I've noticed that Chris' autistic thing is mushrooms, she enjoys putting mushrooms on food that allows it. She also tends to name her videos "pt2" rather than you know, not doing that. In her early videos, she doesn't own a cutting board or kitchen knives. Also, another thing she does is taste her food/suck the remaining food off the container/spoon.
In "
good hotdogs pt2", she uses a cheap air fryer to cook her dinner. She starts by putting corn in there (there are times when she doesn't use butter, but rather strawberry jelly). She gets mushrooms and yellow? peppers, peels them apart and wraps them all in aluminum foil to cook them. She puts the chili cheese hotdogs on top of everything, closest to the heat so the hot dogs come out burnt.
In "
Mushroom shrimp burger", Chris had bought a microwave that can airfry and roast food all in one go. She pronounces burger like Jon from Fishtank does (boorger). Eric in this video is seen multiple times whispering to her to correct her. This is most prominent in "Philly Cheesesteak pasta and pie". She seasons the mushrooms with steak seasoning, she doesn't cut the onions but peels them.

honey, onion popcorn", Chris makes popcorn in the air-fryer that has... honey and peeled onion on it. She says it tastes a bit honey and a bit oniony.
