The irony here is something else. The US won the Cold War by outspending the USSR into bankruptcy. Now 30 years later Russia is perfectly positioned to do the exact same thing now to the West. US debt would double from $30T very quickly if they tried to re-industrialize on the scale necessary to compete with Russian arms manufacturing today (that we made necessary).

The report is claiming 315,000 Russian casualties. They claim they have 1300 tanks left (which means they have supposedly lost 2600 tanks).
They mean a war of conquest, as opposed to a defensive war that Ukraine is supposedly fighting.
