Yeah I remember periods like this, definitely around 2006 when the wars were going bad and Bush was fucking shit up left and right like Katrina. Also a lot of fucking anger in 2009-2010 when the bankers were getting away with fucking the country up, it caused Obama to get absolutely fucking destroyed in the mid-terms. I don't recall "anger" in 2015, just a resigned "fuck 'em" attitude where people voted Trump just to hurl a human molotov at D.C.
