Since I don't have a Xitter alt for this account, gonna plug Njalla here. It's a domain registrar run by a guy who ran ThePirateBay. They have a big focus on privacy and free expression. If they're ok being the registrar for nearly every site related to piracy, odds are they might be okay with being the registrar for a site like KF.

The southern half only includes South Africa and the countries that border it. It has at least double the space and a single white guy to work it, while 5 diversity hires get paid to "maintain" it.

Depending on which one it is, we might be shit out of luck, tbh.
The more reasonable one of the three was a far-leftist back then, going to anti-racism rallies in the documentary about their fight against Hollywood.
The more unhinged one is a black hat asshole who leaks social security numbers for the hell of it,
and the last one was kind of the odd man out being anti-immigration and sort of on the far-right.

I have come back to suggest that Kiwifarms do not use Njalla. They own your domain and will essentially steal it if you get any complaints.

I had at least 6 domains taken because I transferred them over to Njalla and I get an abuse complaint that caused them to seize all of my domains and they refused to let me transfer them out. If you know Peter Sunde, he was part of the Pirate Bay crew, but that doesn't stop them from being far-left asswipes that will seize and steal your domains for no reason, which is essentially what happened to me.

Also they are absolutely ideologically aligned with the groups that want to take Kiwifarms down. A very bad decision.

My recommendations would include Namesilo or Nicenic. I have had domains at both and they do a good job of not bending over to mobs. You can also try a Chinese registrar at your own risk, which are way less likely to bow down to demands from the west.

So when does the lawsuit happen then? And even then, I have my doubts that a lawsuit will stop the issues. Also, the way you put it, discovery could unearth a lot.
