Jirard's wholesome shtick always rubbed me the wrong way. You should never trust a man with a shitty beard. I give his first response video a 3/10. He should have pouted more and made more legal threats. Just for the entertainment value I hope he was stupid enough to do something shady. He looks to have had a good thing going for himself so it would have been like sticking his dick in a hornets nest.

I never trust anyone where part of their brand is how good/nice they are. I'm not saying I swear off their content or assume all they do is lie, I'm just wary of such people and declarations; because being good/nice is way to get people to drop their guard or be manipulated. It also really doesn't help that his voice is soy; I didn't really notice until his response video, and even when he's trying to sound tough and by golly him and his family were slandered and he's not gonna take it... at first I thought it was just because he couldn't work himself up to sound sincere. But after watching the video a few more times, his voice isn't soft, it's weak. I'll even take a quote from Mundane Matt and say he sounds like the kind of guy who'd cry upon seeing a vagina. His Gosh Darn Nice Guy and Soft Voice makes it so I can't route for him.

So we know that Jacque is actively involved with Jirard to where he jannies for his Discord and defends him on Reddit. We also know that Jacque is the COO of That One Video Entertainment, the Senior Vice President of Operations for PBD West, and the VP for Open Hand.

But based on the California Business Search, Jacque is also the one signing paperwork for all three of these organizations.

I'm not defending, just theorizing. At best, Jirard was used more as a public face while dad and brother did more of the interior work. He has a public facing "Internet Job" with a good fanbase, so get him in front of a camera, have him tell the story, have him name all the right places they're sending money to, and his job is done. But even if that was the case, his claim about all tips, donations, bits, etc should be his responsibility as the streams are/were his event. But even with that, I'd see that as an internal accounting issue that should've been squared away between Jirard and his CFO brother; but I'm also sure the IRS would like to know if funds weren't being reported properly either, and I doubt they'd care who was telling the lie.

Jirad and his family really played with the wrong wasps nest. Now, they are looking to be further stung. And, to think this could've all be avoided had just things been worded a bit better and and there was more transparency to donors. I'd love to see how a criminal trial will play out. As it is now, there lawyer would end up looking like this:

You say that as joke, but I honestly think he hasn't been for a while now.
I think he plays the main campaign, story etc, etc... but I think , for years now, he gets his staff to do the grunt work.
You know, kill x amount of this, find x amount of that.
I've suspected this ever since a play through he had with Alex where Alex mentions that a staffer; "can do it later".
