I don't get why so many YouTube videogame people have so many employees. GameGrumps, this guy, God knows who else. At most you should need 3 people; the front man, the editor, and some sort of pick-up guy, to do other stuff, what that might be, I don't know, I'm just kinda going with it. Point being, you don't need so many fucking employees to run a YouTube channel, especially if you're solo and not making your own network/collective; and even if you are operating a network/collective, you only need one or two people for every channel front man. To have up to 20 employees, I'd expect a network with 6 to 7 different personalities, not one dude who 100% games.
