Nexpo/YT Horror Channels - Do they all suck

DeadwingDork is like getting a cafeteria grilled cheese with canned tomato soup when it comes to cowsphere YouTubers. Palatable to almost everyone in being bland and inoffensive to a fault, but sometimes it hits the spot just right. The more accessible a commentator is to normies talking shit about MamaMax the more it's going to rustle his jimmies and that gives me some cold winter day lunch satisfaction right there.

I'll take some cocoa with my popcorn for this.

I won't deny analogslop is oversaturated, but I watched this one out of morbid curiosity like a month ago and the design fidelity to the 80's helps it stand out from generic wannabes. Not a very high bar to clear but the sound design is nice and the CGI used isn't complete dogshit. I would say that this and Arcadia TV are the only analogslops that get close to the glory days before people started calling using analogue media to LARP analog horror.

This is the shit I meant when I said before zoomers like the analogue aesthetic because they think its spooky but always keep current day shit to LARP. People in the aughts were hecking problematic mkay, games might have been cool but gamers are all dude bros and not heckin valid game devs like today.

Btw, came to confirm that Worldcorp Enterprises was a SoundCloud LARP. Don't know about the Jet Neptune/MDE connection, for a second I thought you were talking about Erratas.

Has it been determined why he has such an obsession with saving the kids? It's a noble cause but this motherfucker takes it to another level and it freaks me out. Makes me think he had to have been molested as a child. Or maybe he's just a grifter.

98% of people on Earth know abusing kids is wrong and aren't naturally predisposed to tell a "predator hunter" to shut the fuck up and take the make-up off. It's insulation from criticism by using CSA like a diamond shield.

That and 20k/month is a sweet deal for 2 videos a year.

@bird.up got it with perfect brevity but I really want to dig in to it more because I actually do get riled up over it:
99% just boils down to "give me attention," "attention me," "attention now attention needing a lot now" and nothing else. Main character syndrome coupled with self-image issues (they're such common comorbidities you could argue they may as well be the same thing) give him an insatiable urge for validation from others, so he (tries) to take up the mantle of some anti-hero character while not understanding what it is about anti-hero characters that make them appealing, or even being aware he could never, ever be one. It's hard to see this as anything else but a really sad "play pretend" situation for him. Why else do you think he puts on that embarrassing voice in his videos, or did that embarrassing "pedo hunter" skit with the shitty Hotline Miami cosplay and fucking Paper Mario music in a video about kid diddlers? It's about the image of looking (what he perceives as) cool, special and heroic. Nothing else. He's another flavor of champagne socialist.
The worst part is that people buy it, and he has the opportunity to grift them when they do.

He doesn't have an obsession with saving anybody, he doesn't give a damn about the kids. He has an obsession with clout, praise and money. Same as any other modern Youtube grifter, it's just that he hides behind victims' trauma to avoid criticism.

I'm about 15 minutes into this video and this dude has breathlessly warned the audience that it's 'too late to turn back' about three times. Maybe the source material gets better, but so far this video is one of those videos where the entertainment is more from the narrator desperately trying to make the most basic spoopy ARG shit sound like prime horror material. Even starts the video off saying how generic and safe horror games have become, that complaining about the current state of horror is 'cliche and boring' and that this game is the most disturbing gaming experience he's ever had.

I watched that Nyx Fears NSFL iceberg and while I genuinely am fine with people going by whatever pronouns they want as that in itself does not harm anyone, why the fuck would Nyx Fears sit there and claim cartel shit is the fault of White people and that they “learned it from Whites” and all this dumb bullshit? They blamed fucking cartel executions on White people and Capitalism. That is the most fucking retarded thing I have ever heard.
