Plus assuming Trump does get elected at the next election he is going to serve 4 years at the very most, so it’s not going to happen that the government gets replaced by a fascist dictatorship.
Maybe if he had the full eight years, he would have the time to slip through some unconstitutional legislation changes, but 4 years means he would have to be aggressive about it.
Congress and the Senate would be suspicious about that and even pro Trump politicians and voters would find such things alarming.
