Cogent Communications is one of the largest ISPs in the entire world, powered by billionaire Dave Schaeffer who incorporated the company directly in Washington D.C. in the 1990s. It is one of the most silently powerful and influential organizations in the entire world. Cogent must be compelled to stop their active participatory censorship of my website.

They are actively following our A records. Any IP that serves the Kiwi Farms is being nullrouted by Cogent. There is someone in their company, likely from the top-down, that has devoted themselves to destroying this community.

I am open to ideas as to how we protest this obstruction of our rights.

Cogent has proven they are willing to enforce their AUP on any content anywhere on the Internet, including content that is not directly on their network. To whom it may concern,

I am contacting you regarding abusive, AUP violating content being served
on kiwifarms[.]st using the IPv4 addresses x.x.x.x y.y.y.y and z.z.z.z.
Records show that all of these IP addresses are on blocks
announced by [COMPANY NAME] as [ASN]. See for instance

The owners of Kiwi Farms are very much aware of the nature of the material
posted on Kiwi Farms, including posts made by the forum owner and staff
themselves; this is not a matter of providers or social media operators
being simply unaware of poor behaviour or too busy to moderate in a timely
fashion. The purpose of Kiwi Farms is harassment of those it targets,
whether it be on the basis of gender, race, or gender identity. And as I've
personally experienced, Kiwi Farms retaliates the most severely against
those who publicly speak out against it and attempt to bring awareness of
the harms and AUP violations it engages in. My purported home address, US
Social Security Number, and other personal information have been posted
alongside flagrantly false allegations about me and incitements to harm me.

A previous entity that knowingly provided ingredients for hosting to Kiwi
Farms has been held liable for approximately 450k AUD in defamation damages
to me in a recent Australian court judgment:

The content in question comprises over 14,000 individual comments degrading
me, spreading false smears that I am allegedly a rapist, paedophile, and so
forth and threatening to kill me. It can be viewed, for instance, at

Previous providers to Kiwi Farms have faced threats of violence and similar
gross defamation by Kiwi Farms' owner and its members upon terminating
service; in my view, this is a reason to not allow them to gain a foothold
inside your network, rather than a reason to tolerate them. Notably, Kiwi
Farms members have in the past week doxxed employees of Epik, the far-right
domain registrar that provided them service for a year and a half when no
one else would, simply because they finally were terminated for gross
privacy and terms of service violations. On Friday, Cogent issued a warning
letter to Mevspace, a provider that was actively assisting Kiwi Farms, and
blackholed the IP addresses in question; in response, Cogent faced
significant retaliatory harassment from Kiwi Farms members (for instance

I attach a letter from my American legal counsel, and an Australian court
judgment further detailing how Kiwi Farms engages in legally actionable
defamation according to Commonwealth and US jurisprudence.

  • The registrar. This shows up in WHOIS information at whois.com/whois/domain.tld
  • The NIC. Usually identifiable by typing in "nic.tld", such as https://nic.today taking you to Identity Digital. ID sucks and will censor anything.
  • Name servers. Go to dnschecker.org, set to 'ns', and type in the domain to get their root ns. It's a long shot, but especially for anything grey area in the US, big providers will stop serving DNS.

  • PayPal is the most censorious payment network in the world. They will also steal your money for 6 months when shutting down your account.

Have your lawyer craft a legal form and hire random people, drug addicts and homeless even, that will do whatever for a little money and have a shit ton of people file pro se lawsuits all around the country against cogent infringing their access to a US legal website.

The only thing they fear more than being banned by the government for anything, is being exposed. I suggest a paparazzi style of ambush reporting asking all their top level employees why they hate the farms.

*edit* I'm not advocating for any confrontation other than protected speech.
