I would probably be interested to see the other type of seedy and questionable content that Cogent hosts. Considering that they are actively targeting this forum for essentially talking smack about men who wear dresses, or fat unhygenic lolcows. I would have to say that lets see how many sites that they actively host that support the organizations that have been actively doing their damnest to suppress our freedom of expression. As well, again how many porn sites do they actively host on their servers? Especially considering the amount of real empirical damage that industry has done to actual people. I would also be interested to see who this loud and vocal minority with in their actual corporation is that are actively encouraging this behavior towards the forum... Assess legal feasibility of the claims above (and, if cooperation is secured enter litigation as co-plaintiffs)

Organize a crowdfunding effort via this site, your podcast, and others with an express financial goal for legal action.
Collect pledges from kiwis and anyone else interested and publicly present a "progress bar" for those pledges.
Once the progress bar meets 100%, solicit payment of pledged money into a war chest via check by mail, crypto, or check by internet.

Go to court and win.
