Dude my point is it doesn’t matter if they are or not. It matters if there’s perception and (ideally) data showing that they are. This is hoisting them by their own (r)petard.

Screaming in investor conf calls or whatever won’t do shit. You gotta get to the execs that matter and that takes data.

I don't think the company has gone woke. I think the company is scared shitless of lawsuits and bad PR, and even more scared of being sued by their shareholders.

It's really a consequence of publicly traded companies having huge powers because they have little incentive to do what is right over what is profitable.

Point 1 on their AUP can be used for anything. Weed is illegal federally, therefore anything weed related on clearnet is in violation of federal law. Abortions are illegal in some states, anything abortion related on clearnet... etc.

you'd probably need to be very careful in what you tweet and chat to the right ppl beforehand to make sure he sees it but i'd bet it's a real possibility.

The last time this happened, without prompting I called the company's customer service, I think I went through the route to "get the service" for personal use. I waited patiently and then in a clear, concise voice I said. "Hello I am calling about the current censorship your company is doing to a website known as kiwi farms. I do not agree with his decision and have called to voice my disappointment in this censorship. Thank you very much." I kept it clean and short if you want to add that you are a minority or a woman I suggest you do that as well.

I think we can customer service them to victory.
