What is happening to KF has very little to do with the content of KF itself but instead the people that it upsets. While I do believe there is some information that serves no legitimate purpose to be published (specifically, SSNs), changing the content rules will have no effect on this situation. The only thing that would possibly decrease the attacks on KF would be to delete you-know-who's thread. The amount of fucking with people IRL caused by dox on KF is minimal compared to other websites like SoyjakParty which has a serious issue with criminal behavior.

Cogent Communications is not some small backyard company, It's a large multinational corporation that has a global network covering 20% of all internet traffic worldwide. Cogent has committed to net neutrality themselves and they even have broken their own rules and possibly FCC and FTC regulations to censor a law-abiding website.
