Fatass also dropped this gem:

Not realizing if what he were saying were true, he could go directly to the police/courts and file a criminal or civil case.
Don't even have to get to the "criminal" part because the first two adjectives are false too.

I agree Pat, what IDIOT would tell people that they needed to vote in order to stop Trump instead of just letting the courts decide? (The joke is that he did, just yesterday). So now:

Biden can't do anything because he has no power / Trump will magically have the power to destroy the entire political system on Day 1

We must vote for Biden to stop Trump / Votes don't matter because Trump tried to overturn the election

"In our system, the only people who vote on whether something is a crime or not is a jury."

Based Rick coming out for jury nullification.

Now, this is somewhat interesting, because on one hand it could be a nothingburger, but on the other, I'm getting the impression the chance of a new Shane or Jackie is not insignificant. But before I leave you, I'd like to address 2 points:
"I don't care to go out of pocket retaining legal council on this. If I keep it under 10G then I should be able to pursue it start to finish in small claims."

He's right, because it will be dismissed immediately. Something legal counsel might have advised him of.

Fatrick apparently didn't write the pro se.

And yet.....

Nice of Patirck to let future courts know that he commits perjury in his filings. Then publicly brags about it.

Do you guys remember the comediam Florentine, who roasted Patrick's "prezzies now dinner later"?" And then did it again with the Gym Brotossaurus tale? He's going for a trilogy:

We might have the glorious birth of a new Patposter! This is a little long (and I hope the shots post in order) but I think the ending is definitely worth it, especially as the guy seems to be a Democrat.

"Son?"
The very first word of a stalker child being born, recorded in the swamp of X, formerly the Twitter desert. Beautiful.

It's so fucking weird to see people like Pat try to unironically defend the position "This man should be punished for a crime he hasn't been convicted or even charged for.." Maybe not everyone defending Colorado's decision is as insane as Patrick, but from what I've seen of it so far, the arguments seem to rely on cognitive dissonance and appeals to technicalities rather than any actual critical reasoning. The only honest argument in favor of it I could even think of is "I don't know if it's legal, but I like the result and believe it's justified in the context of everything else Trump has down." Which I don't find persuasive at all.

But of course, unlike Pat, I can understand my personal perspective isn't the only one, and that what seems unreasonable to me could probably be completely reasonable from an objective standpoint that I just haven't figured out.

When Democrats call for restricting gun rights or stacking SCOTUS, Fatrick will argue that calling for Constitutional change isn’t a problem. When Trump says certain parts of the Constitution should be changed or abolished, our Queen goes straight to “OMG HE WANTS A DICTATORSHIP” mode. The dude he called “son” was at least making sense. Rick can’t help making enemies out of people who would be his allies if he wasn’t so insufferable.

"No it doesn't. Because this is not a criminal trial."

The Fifth Amendment always applies, due process is not limited to criminal trials. (Well, you're not supposed to lose due process rights, but the administrative state often thinks Rick's way.)

I think I hate political/law pat the most because even when I'm not fully versed in law or processes I still know I'm probably more informed than him and everything he says is wrong. This fat retard wants DRUMPPPPFFRFFF behind bars and trannies ruling the white house, but he's totally a conservative guys. Makes me pretty MATI (mad at the invalid)

so much for that follower-only reply mode.
I believe that guy quote-tweeted him rather than replying. Which just proves how useless limiting replies is, since as soon as he quote-tweeted him, Fatrick replied, meaning it’s all visible to his followers anyway.
What a retard.

Thinking your rights only apply in court just proves he earned that 1.7 gpa

Just remember, people like Pat have the same voting power as your average everyday person.

God Bless America.
