Looks like some sort of farm. They love going to free events remember they even attended the opening of a hospital lol. It was probably some free public event. Hes in his Halloween costume and a nerf gun vest thing.

I'm wondering if the 3d ultrasound is faked. I know shes pregnant BUT 3d ultrasound is expensive and usually never ordered by an OB. Atleast not in my area.

It's prob real. I think most machines in MFM are 3d capable, sometimes the nice techs will offer to mess around with it.
