I may be retarded, but that's a tranny voice. Here is my list of tells, you can help by expanding it:

-Monotonous and yet slightly strained
-Breathy
-Doesn't laugh
-Deliberately shitty mic (wouldn't think anything of it if they didn't have a history of deliberately shitting up pics to avoid detection)

The first two points are signs of using a voice-training voice. The third is because it's very difficult to train something like laughter or coughing, especially if your trained voice has no vocal range yet. Fourth point is obvious, ♂Mann-D♂ likes to use deep-fried technology to obfuscate who they really are.

Yes; when you play it back, the voice does sound like a gay trying to sound feminine, especially with the muffled lisp on the s sounds.

Something else seems odd to me. For someone who has consistently and carefully obfuscated their footprints, MANdy, being a long-time participant and mod in Joe’s chat, knows that Joe boomers most things, and that calling in to his show, assumes a very high risk of getting doxxed. Further, Joe had accidentally displayed her phone number in his screenshare prior to him calling MANdy back, but she didn’t seem bothered by this leak at all. You’d think that since her contention and performance was directed at the farms, that she’d be kind of worried, but, she went on to boast her “own” on Nick’s stream minutes after….

That would be a very cheap drawing device; as it should have pressure on anything respectable. I had always assumed it was vector or mouse drawn. Do note though, you can get line weight (pressure) with just a mouse.

This might be possible, it'd be an alternate explaination to why he's always holding the glass but not sipping from it all the time. I've known a few cigarette addicts who would ask to just hold one from the pack to make quitting easier, so it might explain it. But then that means someone in his life is holding his drinking against him, like let's say they're extorting Nick to drink less and he'll... be allowed to spend more time with Our Wife? That'd also explain the tard rage over being "extorted" over his drinking just to talk again. Having Kayla and Josh holding his balls to the fire over it would just be too far.

Steve Burch was in fact the lawyer Rekieta employed to respond to the C&D letter Dan Abrams/ Law&Crime sent him to stop using their pooled public live courtroom feeds.

They essentially claimed Nick was breaching copyright/court orders re: trial streaming and that they owned sole rights to the feed.

Nick covered the legal aspects at length on his show, pointing out that Law&Crime was misrepresenting their ownership stake in the pooled consortium of entities that recorded trials. It wasn't necessarily Law&Crime's employees or equipment that was recording the live trial footage. Nick also argued on stream that L&C's setup wasn't transformative, since the judge outlined on paper exactly how the A/V setup was to take place.

Burch wrote a response letter and L&C's legal team folded fairly quickly, responding IIRC that they were not planning to pursue further legal action at that time.

In searching the thread, Steve Burch was also the "Burch from Florida" bald guy on Nick's 2020 election night stream that I had no idea who he was when I skipped through timestamps a few weeks ago.

Google bought/acquired a few blocks of numbers when Voice launched (I think they bought somebody). I don't know if it's still the case, but for a time, you could bring numbers into Google voice. Lots of ways to obfuscate location and phone numbers, but there's usually some truth if the info gets into the white pages. It may be decades old though.
